This place is horrible i ordered a water dragon and paid 19.95 for the silver shipping and i have not recived crap i called the store that guy willis kept ignoring my questions and threatend to cancel my order so after 26 days of bullcrap i said i wanted a refund but i still have not recieved my damn refund absolutely horrible dont buy $#*! from these people they honestly get pist when you call

I picked up my emerald tree boa at 10 am this morning, me and my wife where so excited we could hardly stand it! She opened the box right there in the ups store and sure enough there he was (still in the bag) healthy and mad as can be. We took him home and put him in his vivarium. I was sad to leave and go to work but snuck out early to get back to my snake lol. When I got home I decided I was going to give handling him a shot, he was real scared and timid so I gave him some time to get used to me by just petting and handling him in his cage he tagged me a few times but after a while he calmed down and I decided to pull him out he was nervous but after a while he relaxed and perched around my hand and sat there for hours and he was completely comfortable after that. There where a few times that he got startled and lightly nipped at me but never really got too aggressive. Now hes my little friend sat on my hand for hours. I am very pleased with ReptileCity and will bring them all of my reptile business going forward. Thanks reptilecity for the healthy snake and our new addition to our family

Ordered a ball python over 3 weeks ago, was supposed to be her in 5 days and still have not received it. I should of read the reviews before I ordered it.

I never received my order! I have called and text multiple times and can't get anyone to acknowledge my existence or complaint! This place is a total scam!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I ordered an emerald swift lizard and buy one get one free tree frogs I paid for overnight shipping 39.95 and they arrived yesterday in a box with no ventilation and nothing on the box stating live animals. Not only did they ship the animals on OCT 1 and I received them on the 4OCT all that time traveling in a box getting tossed around because no one knows theirs live animals and he paid for 2 day shipping (7.45) and put my animals at risk. When they arrived they were lethargic not moving and the tree frog has an open wound it most likely will die from. My emerald swift has yet to open his eyes and now he has died after 3 days. According to USPS pub 52 he is illegally shipping animals and breaking multiple laws he's just trying to make money off of scamming people and not lawfully shipping them the way they should be! DONT BUY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY! Trying to figure out how to add pictures so you can see how this company does business!

I would not order nothing from them. They do really bad business. Cussed me out when I questioned him about not receiving my order after 3 weeks.he said he would just refund my money and be done with me. After I received qheckos that were in very poor shape and had scars all over them. Also they are skinny and unhealthy.the attitude the guy hate it's a wonder how he even has custumers. I decided to get my refund even though I prolly will not receive it since other people have had the same problem. I got lizards from them before and they were four lizards crammed in I really tiny box. It's a wonder how they even lived through that. They have newspaper stuffed in the box and I guess that was for a heat source. Idk but if your Thinking about ordering from them I would strongly reconsider. You will be unhappy even if you receive a your animals they won't be healthy.

I ordered tortoises from this place, its been a week to and still havent sent them. You can never get ahold of them weather your calling or emailing no responce from them at all. So today after calling over and over i got them to pick up and the responce was verry rude. They claim that tonight they are being sent and will be here in the morning. They also claim to have sent me shipping information that i still have not receved, I can only hope they arive alive and on time. But i am expecting the worst.

A: I recently ordered a baby Albino Pacman Frog on Dec. 6/2015. Haven't got an email from Reptile City. So I sent them an E-mail asking for the tracking info on the frog for shipping. Didn't receive a reply until today when I sent Reptile City another email saying I was going to cancel my order if I didn't hear from them about the frog if it was going to be shipped or when it was going to be ready. The email I got back said that he will gladly refund my order - GOAY. I don't even know what GOAY means. I wouldn't place an order with this company. Still waiting for the funds to be added back into my account but haven't received my refund yet either and it is Jan. 1/2016.

I ordered 2 southern toads from him, when I got the package it had no heating or cooling pads to help the animals with shipping and it took two days coming from Florida
Open the package and one toad was dead stored in the same container with the live. Called him and he said he would send a new one, the live one died a day later called him again and he was extremely rude and anti social, he told me they only cover shipping and they have no warranty if the animal dies after he said he will send me 2 more but if they die he will NOT send me more or refund me
Reading the reviews I'm probably just gonna report him, he is just sending me sick or dead animals

I've found the sales team at REPTILES CITY to be friendly and responsive. Their warehouse team as well was highly professional and quick to correct a few order issues. Their web-based sales platform is exceptionally well designed and the inclusion of text alerts on orders is very helpful for tracking shipments. My initial experience two years ago led me to order from them again, and this second experience was just as impressive if not more so. I will continue to consider REPTILESCITY my first choice.

I Had been looking around for a scale less head ball python. I called reptile city an a man answered the phone. He seemed very agitated when he answered. I had asked him if they had any scale less head ball pythons. He was very rude and said no. He then ended up hanging up on me. Whatever you do, do not trust these people. My cousins salamanders were dead when they arrived at his house. Please listen to me DO NOT ORDER FROM REPTILE CITY YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND TREATED LIKE GARBAGE.
