I live in Buffalo Ny, the reason I went through Reptile City is due to Covid- 19 it was my sons birthday, and he's been wanting a bearded dragon. The pet stores up here were currently closed. When I place my order I paid 50$ for fast shipping EE, I emailed Felton and told him it was my sons birthday I would like them to be here as soon as possible. He said for " got it" that was his response. So days later I did not receive any notification that they were shipped. I emailed him again, I was a bit concerned due to the fact I paid 50$ for fast shipping and there was absolutely no communication unless I emailed him which he was extremely short with me. He said your file will be here on Saturday May 9th. So my poor son up at 7am waiting all day for these beardies to arrive. Nothing. I looked up USPS which I heard that if a company mails threw them that's not good. So they were mailed the 5th of May it is the 12th and I'm very very nervous that my son is going to receive dead dragons. I can't even imagine this- here Happy Birthday with some sick or dead Dragons you have been waiting for since April.
The communication with this place is absolutely horrendous. I called them and the man on the phone was very short, and not very friendly at all. I'm so sorry I went through this place. Now Petsmart is open and we went and saw these absolutely adorable healthy little guys and I felt so bad for my son. So today, I emailed Felton and asked why these Dragons are late and if they will come in even alive being in a box for over a week - not one reply back to me this is just so pathetic to say the least. Not only that I feel bad for these poor baby dragons, obviously this place doesn't give to s$&@ about their animals. Just truly disappointed, you think they would change if they have so many horrible reviews from so many people. I wish I would of read reviews before I bothered purchasing from this place. Don't bother go to another place! Buyer beware. I have NEVER in my life dealt with individuals who run a company that our careless and unprofessional. I want a full refund for this crap we had to go through, still waiting for these Dragons to come. I am beyond mad at this point.
