I requested another confirmation email, but nothing. All of your emails go to trash, why!? Your email support is awful and inconsiderate and inconvenient and inconsistent. You told me twice that you "opened a case" but haven't heard from you in a month. Stop supporting good youtubers because your reputation is ruining theirs.

I brought three hoodies from the Coryxkenshin clothing line, I received one of the hoodies, UPS lost my order for the other two hoodies and claim they contacted the sender, when I contacted Represent thru email, to either get my money back or send me the two hoodies I'm missing, I get a email that you want to charge me again for something that I already paid for, this is frustrating when you can't talk on the phone to get your situation straightened out, I paid $45.99 a piece for all three hoodies, attached is the two hoodies I'm missing, please either refund me my money back for the two hoodies I'm missing or send me a replacement of the missing hoodies, I really need to talk to someone on the phone

My daughter and I ordered 1 black signed jersey by Chad Micheal Murray, it was the same jersey he wore in one tree hill. I paid 80.00 for it. I ended up moving I contacted them to change address and was told I couldn't. I have a forwarding address listed at local post office but the package says it shipped DHL. I contacted the landlord where I use to live and they don't have a package in our name. I would like my money back or a jersey. I will be going to better business Bureau. I have corresponded with the company through email and the only response I get is call landlord or post office.

I have ordered two t-shirts for my son from this site - they sent the wrong size both times! I double checked and the size chart on the website is different to the actual measurements when the tops arrived!
First time it was wrong I sent it back and ordered again and now it is wrong again! The shipping took way too long both times as well - I know it is covid times but I have ordered lots of other things from overseas that arrived much much quicker than this.
I would think very carefully before ordering from here and make sure you note what size you ordered and the what the chart says. I have now received two (not cheap) shirts that my son can't wear!

I ordered a Flamingo hoddit for my daughter. The shipping took forever and the hoodie is just a gildan hoodie with the flamingo logo heated on to it. It was like $50! When we opened it it has a rip in the sleeve. Cheap and terrible

Very, very disappointed in this company right now. Ordered from them three times and only received one order, the others they have classed as lost in the mail. I think they need a different courier as from reading the reviews this happens a lot. My current order was for the cmm signed jersey the tracking never updated for two weeks (this happened with the basketball), my partner was told different information, I don't think they read emails properly as they didn't get my name right in any of the emails. So fair enough I got my refund and a slap in the face with I am very sorry for the inconvenience and a 15 dollar voucher! After the shocking customer service, loosing two of my items no way would I buy from this website again. I am very disappointed and I don't believe my item was even sent out for how quick you are to class them as lost and then I got told they can't send a replacement because of the nature of the item! More are being shipped in September why can't you add more to the list to make up for the ones you loose. To say this is for charity I am just shocked. Thanks for nothing represent

I ordered two shirts from Flamingo's FlimFlam merch. I ordered a shirt for my son and a shirt for myself. They were supposed to ship on May 18th. I received an email saying they were delayed in shipping. My son's shirt arrived within a week or so. It looks awful. It is not white and blue split dye, it is blue and faded blue split dye. I understand that with tie dye and split dye it is a bit difficult to keep colors pure, but by goodness they made Flamingo a correct split dye tee! Half blue and half white! Now for the next complaint: it is June 8th and I have not received my shirt. I can only assume it hasn't even shipped seeing as how I have not received a shipping confirmation. I sent the first email to customer support on June 4th. I promptly received a trouble ticket number and the assurance that I would have a reply in 2 days. It is now June 8 and I have received not one single email from Represent.com... well minus the prompt email with another trouble ticket for the email I just sent. I am done. I would not recommend anyone to take the gamble of either not getting your item, getting a sub par item, or having no issues. It is not worth it.

The shipping of this site is absolutely HORRENDOUS! I understand that usually the shipping time of an item is always the last day of the time interval given for when it will arrive, and I understand that shipping dates have been moved because of COVID-19, but my order still hasn't came. It was supposed to come a whole WEEK ago! I'm still waiting for this Flimflam shirt to arrive. I would at least like it if there was communication between me and the delivery service. I hate to give 1 star reviews like an absolute karen, but I lost my patience.

My product came and I am so happy about it. I got a Jb(from Got7) dad hat and it came within the shipping date and kept me updated on it. They had also replied back to me when they said they would. From reading the reviews I say it all depends on what product you are getting and where you're from. I am from USA and I got a hat. It seems like most people who are sad about their review are from different countries or are ordering a sweater or hoodie.

Ordered a sweater with flamingo print on November 18,2019. Paid $45. Got an email with a shipping date of December 10th and expected by December 16. On December 21st I still had not received the order and wrote a email. Was contacted two days later by a guy name Archie and was told this: Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry you're missing your order! I looked into the status of your shipment but it's not showing any scan activity. At this point, it should definitely be in transit or delivered.
Therefore, I am afraid your package may now be considered lost. I am very sorry for the inconvenience!

Since then I have requested a refund and have not heard back. When checking the usps website with the tracking number they provided I found the the order was cancelled by them on December 20th with no explanation. Buyers be ware of this company and their poor lack of customer service. They ruined a Christmas gift for my daughter.

Secondly, I was instantly presented with a way to fund more information about where my package is and last but not least, they offered me to reship it without additional costs or get a full refund.
