I had ordered a T-shirt that came in the wrong colour and was quite upset. Due to my own error I hadn't noticed that they had emailed me about it being a stock error and not their fault (didn't think they would be that quick to) and I contacted customer support. From that point on I received nothing but help in dealing with the issue, with the company doing above and beyond just to make me happy. Their Customer Experience Manager Michaela had insanely fast responses for a business, and even after the whole ordeal was dealt with they let me keep the item in the wrong colour and she said she would send out the right one. This customer support was so good I felt bad for complaining In the first place. I hope this review makes up for any inconvenience I made and I wish Michaela and the rest of the company my best wishes. Hopefully this review shows that represent is quite possibly the best company for merchandise I've came across and you should support it fully. Thanks again, Scott.

Order 2 shirts from represent and both shirt were of high quality and my daughter loved them. Their customer service is excellent. One package never arrived and within 2 hours of contacting them a new order was being processed to replace the missing package! Will order for them again.

Bought a shirt from Hope Solo's campaign because I liked the design. The printed shirt looked NOTHING like the picture they used to advertise it. There was next to no shading, the eyes were squinty and barely colored and the lines drawn under her mouth made it like she had a soul patch.

A friend bought the same shirt and the quality was just as bad, so it wasn't a one off printing error.

False advertising using a picture that wasn't the real shirt.

Shipping took forever and the shirt is also super thin and will probably tear after minimal use. OK to sleep in, but not good everyday use.

Contacted customer service and was told "the mock up on the website is the actual design used by the printer, unfortunately, the print can never be 100% the same as the displayed picture" and that I am welcome to return it, but then I'm out the cost of return shipping

Extremely disappointed with my purchase. I will never be ordering from them again and I urge everyone else to stay away

This is a great idea especially a great way to fundraiser for different charities. I have so many shirt at home that when I want one I feel a bit guilt for spending more money but I don't feel as guilty here because some of the money goes to charity. I know I'm helping people out just by doing something pretty simple and something I would probably be doing anyways. I also know that many of these gain more buyers than thought so the clothes take a bit longer, I'm sure some people get upset about that but I really done mind. It just means that the campaign was more successful and means more people will be helped.

The products I've purchased from Represent have come out in top quality and I love everything they stand for. It does take a while for products to be shipped to Australia, but seeing them come in the mail and even trying out the clothing merchandise is worth the extra wait time.

I think represent has cool shirt designs and I like the fact that most all give a portion to charity. I would recommend to my friends. The only reason I left of one start is sometimes the price seems high. Maybe for some shirts if a little more went to charity i'd be willing to pay the price. Others like Rainn Wilson's campaign, i'm happy to buy shirts from

Never been disappointed with any of the products I've brought from the campaigns. They're arrived very quickly, especially for the shipping price and coming from halfway across the world. And you get emails when your item has been printed and when it's been sent so you know what's going on. It's brilliant!

It was really expensive and the shippingtime was horrible and I live in europe.
They gave me a coupon (4 dollars off next order) but it´s going to very expensive anyway because the shipping is like 12 dollars + item, about 30 dollars.

I think all together my daughter and i have 5 shirts from the various jared padalecki campaigns and we love all of them. The shirts are comfy and sized just right. I have tried to get the radio station to use this site as an added fund raiser for a big fund raiser we do during november... but they just won't which is sad. Love the shirts love the service and the e mails that keep us up to date on our orders

Placed the order on April 24th for this flamingo hoodie that my 10 year old had to have. It has been delayed multiple times! No updates on when I will receive and frankly this is not how business should be conducted. I want a full refund of my money! I have no merchandise BUT you have my money. I am infuriated. I just received a shirt I paid $35 for, and they did not even bother to hem the edges of the shirt. They sent me a shirt with RAW EDGES in a material so thin I am literally able to tie it across my eyes and still walk around normally and the straps of the shirt will rip if I don't put it on carefully. This would be an example of a business that uses a charity facade to rake in cash entirely for its own profit and not even give you a quality product in return. How dare you.

My friends had placed an order for me (as a birthday gift) back in October 2016. That package however NEVER got delivered, with the local post office denying any such packing having come through and Represent saying that International Package has no tracking as such (really?!). I mailed them, and they very graciously offered to reship again. Got a mail saying that they have mailed it as of Feb 25th but now I am very anxious as I have no idea how to track it. Honestly, I really just want my birthday tee (Evan Peters, Stay Weird). I live in India but have received several packages from the US before from friends and family. Never have I had such a bad experience.

The youth sizing was not clear in just offering sizing with Xs to L. When T shirt arrived it had ages sizes 9-11yrs for M. Why wasn't this advertised on the website? Now I Cannot exchange as promotion has ended and have two upset wannabe spice girls with too tight T-shirts. Very disappointed
