My friends had placed an order for me (as a birthday gift) back in October 2016. That package however NEVER got delivered, with the local post office denying any such packing having come through and Represent saying that International Package has no tracking as such (really?!). I mailed them, and they very graciously offered to reship again. Got a mail saying that they have mailed it as of Feb 25th but now I am very anxious as I have no idea how to track it. Honestly, I really just want my birthday tee (Evan Peters, Stay Weird). I live in India but have received several packages from the US before from friends and family. Never have I had such a bad experience.
I’m so sorry for this, especially if it was a present from your friends. It’s unfortunately true that our carrier doesn’t provide detailed tracking for shipments to India, but I can imagine the frustration.
It’s a pity, as we send oders to your country regularly and they do get delivered in most of the cases, despite of the missing tracking details, however I’m very sorry about both of your packages.
