I recently experienced one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences with Represent. I ordered the Oasis Collaboration Hoodie 10 days ago when the product was in stock. Over the next several days, I checked the shipping status repeatedly, but all I ever saw was the message, "Your order is being processed and will be on its way soon."
After 10 days of silence, I contacted customer support, only to find out that my order had been canceled due to the item being out of stock. However, I was never notified about the cancellation or refund until I reached out myself. This lack of transparency and communication is completely unacceptable.
All I wanted was to receive the hoodie I ordered. I truly loved the design and was excited to own it. Even after they said it was out of stock, I would have been happy to receive one of the refunded stock items or any other possible solution. All I asked for was a clear explanation or guidance on how I might still get the hoodie, but instead, they chose to handle the situation like this.
Over the course of multiple emails exchanged with their support team, I received nothing but what seemed like automated, copy-paste responses. There was no genuine apology, no explanation as to why this happened, and no accountability for their failure. Instead, I was offered a $25 gift card as "compensation." Do they genuinely believe that, after this experience, I would still want to purchase from their store? This feels like an insult to a customer who trusted their brand.
What's most disappointing is that I still have no idea why my order was canceled. Was it due to poor inventory management? Was it because my location (South Korea) made them deprioritize my order? Represent has made no effort to explain the situation, leaving me to question if they value customers outside the US or Europe at all.
For anyone living outside the US or Europe, I strongly advise against purchasing from Represent. Their handling of my order—and likely others in similar situations—demonstrates a lack of professionalism, transparency, and care for customers in regions they may not prioritize. I feel I need to share this situation with consumers in my country as well.
Until Represent improves their processes and learns to treat customers with respect, I cannot recommend this brand to anyone.
Ordered £400 worth of stuff and kept 3 items totalling £140. However they are trying to charge me £215 which for one is illegal. Refusing to refund the size 8.5 trainers that I sent back. They don't reply and if they do it's rude and blunt. Scam artists to be honest.
Ordered three Items at one time, each sent separately and had to pay import duties of 7.50 euros on each items which where delivered weeks apart. So surprisingly 22.50 euros in the hole. And their apology is 4 euros off my next purchase. So will I order again? NO!
Order ******* (2 items) was supposedly shipped on 16 December but it still has not arrived. I have emailed Represent to find out what is going on but I keep only getting emails that say that customer service will get back to me shortly but never proper reply... Please send the order NOW. Thank you.

I am utterly dissatisfied and frustrated with the customer support provided by this company. On 7/2/23, I placed an order for a vest and opted for expedited delivery through DHL, for which I paid extra. However, despite the package consistently showing "in transit," it never arrived. Suddenly, the status changed to "contact us." I reached out to DHL, and they confirmed that my package had been declared lost, advising me to contact Represent for a refund or a replacement. I explained the entire situation to Represent and followed up four times, only to receive a response from a customer service representative named Jimmy who clearly hadn't read any of my emails. He suggested that I contact DHL to complete the delivery of the initial item, which was a solution I had already pursued. This has been the most unpleasant and horrendous customer experience I have ever encountered. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.
I was very dissatisfied with my t shirt order. The quality was terrible. The fabric was rough and scratchy, I could barely get my head through the head hole, yet the body of the shirt was wide with boxy shoulders. It looked like a t shirt for a 10 year old boy even though I ordered an adult medium. I figured if the shirt was too big I could always wear it as pajamas, but it is horribly uncomfortable. Also, you return the product, they do not refund your shipping, AND you have to pay to ship it back! Horrible customer service.
Buying one of their low-quality, expensive shirts was a total headache and a waste of time and money. $12 down the drain.
The customer service team are slow in their communications. The returns policy is out dated as they won't allow Christmas gifts to be exchanged for the correct size. I won't be using this brand again.

I have not been able to get a response from this company. They billed my credit card but now I cannot get any information about shipping. This is a Christmas present, ordered in time for delivery but only crickets from the company. Buyer beware.
I bought from here for my birthday! I ordered a sweatshirt and a t shirt. Unfortunately when received they were too small.
I followed the return process to exchange the items for different sizing. 3 and a half weeks later I've still not received what I ordered.
I have confirmation that the items have been received by them. But surprisingly they do not have it and now won't speak to me regarding the order. They said they won't be refunding me either. £200 gone to waste. I'm out of pocket with no product and no money. I've provided them with every bit of proof I have and that they have asked for. All they've said is that they won't be discussing this matter.
What is going on, such a big brand in high end retailers. How have they scammed me.
Ordered 3 items, 2 shirts and 1 pin, they charged 3 separate shipping fees because they had to ship it out from 3 different locations, first shirt arrived no problem, size was small, wanted to exchange it, emailed them right away, received a reply in 3-4 days, second reply came after another full week, and thats only because i sent another follow up email. By that time, the campaign was over, no more stock for exchange, so my only option was to keep or return. Second shirt came with charged duty and tax, so had to paid an extra $18 for it. 3rd item, the pin, still hasnt come yet, its jan 5,2022 today, ordered back in november, tracking status showed "attempted delivery" on dec 28th, and nothing after, i live in a house with a mailbox, was home for the holidays, nobody ever rang a doorbell.
And a side note, the quality of the clothes are nowhere near the price point, its very mediocre.
I bought a Paynt by Zayn "bomber" jacket and it was like an entirely different jacket! I mean, I'm not just being an idiot or a snob, it literally had bomber in the title. It was very thin, low quality, felt like a curtain. And for a price of $75, ($92 including taxes and shipping) I was expecting a REAL bomber jacket or at least something higher quality. I didn't bother returning it, because it was comfortable and it's summer anyways, but don't bother purchasing from them.

I bought a warm puffy signed jacket and tee's. The quality was as cheap as it comes. I wouldn't have mind it but they stitched the signature label on the jacket, over the pocket sewing it shut. The idea, execution, the quality of prints on t shirts are incredibly bad.
I received my camp America shirt earlier than expected for starters. I came across this brand through Vic mensa's ig page & immediately loved what Represent does. I will be purchasing again! I am a fashion designer so I look forward to maybe working with them in the near future :)

So, I ordered four items from the CoryxKenshin campaign that was supposed to ship out Dec 16th 2020, two hoodies and two shirts. I only gave 3 stars because I received 3 out of the 4 items. One of the shirts (the Momo-tee) still hasn't shipped 3 weeks later. These are one of a kind, Youtuber shirts, Cory won't be here forever and he's my fav Youtuber, I just want the shirt the order number is *******. I emailed them multiple times and just got the same automated message about a case number, I have like 5 now. Please help a girl out.

They dont print the products. The products are printed by custom ink. I know bc my product samples arrived with custom ink shipping label on a represent bag. Too dense to know you cant pull that bait n switch thing when shipping across borders. I got no issue with drop ship etc but represent is a coordinator... not a print company. I tried to get basic info from them but it was like asking a cabbage. Go elsewhere save your money and sanity.

The website was great and easy to use All my son wanted for Christmas was coryxkenshin merch i ordered him 3 things and i have only recieved 1 item i have been trying to track the other 2 items and there are no updates and no product. I am absoultely heart broken for my son I usually dont order online but i wanted to make my son happy. BE WARNED THIS IS NOT A LUXURY BRAND IT'S TRASH QUALITY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! These are the worst quality T Shirts I have ever seen. It's absurd this guy can sell a thrift store quality T Shirt and try to represent luxury brand and pricing. Also they were extremely slow on getting my refund back and asked like twenty times to confirm the order number when it was in the email title and previous emails when I was originally asked. Just awful.

Hey if you're looking for a good tee shirt or other merchandise than this is a good site now do take into the fact that if you are placing a rather large order the shipment will come later as they do it all in one shot. But as for the quality of the shirts and other things I can say that they are great quality compared to other brands. And the customer service is great they got back to me right away when I ran into an issue I will definitely be buying more from this company.

I've been waiting several weeks for a t-shirt ordered through their campaign. To begin with, it was not clear at all when I placed my order from a Facebook link, either on the Facebook site nor the order page, that this was a fund raising operation. The information was in small print well below the order and payment information. Now several weeks later, and 2 days past the promised date, I received a notice of delay with no projected completion. This company is either inept or a scam. A t-shirt is not a complicated process, at all.
