Great, super soft shirts that fit. If you're in a fandom, this is the place to go. Except when it's your favorite and you wear it all the time. Then the logo wears off and it starts pilling, even though I wash but never put it in the dryer, just hang dry. And you can't get another one. But it's still soft!
I am running my entire merch shop on there for my YouTube channel! This is great! 11/10! You get most of the profit back when someone buys your stuff! The only thing better than this is making your own shop website. You can set up a shop in minutes. Its just really great.
I was never left questioning when my purchase would arrive as I received frequent emails letting me know its stage of postage. Despite a delay it still reached my home in a short period of time. Would definitely recommend.

I'll start off with saying the product is great, I'm really happy with the size and fit, and the print quality is fine after a wash too.
TL;DR version: £8+ hidden postage charge to the U.K! Represent will try and dodge covering it.
I'm extremely disappointed by the hidden charges incurred after purchasing the item. I paid $12 for shipping to the UK and then a further hidden £11 charge once the item got here (£8 customs + £3 standard shipping). It's unacceptable that customers are not pre warned of this when ordering from the U.K. I was offered a partial refund of the charge by represent when I sent a receipt proving I'd paid it, but after sending the proof I didn't get a refund. Leaving this review is a last resort. I tried adding a photo as proof from my iPhone but apparently this site doesn't support that function.

I bought a pull during James Franco's campaign. They offer me to refund the shipping, it's something that i don't expected. Their customer service is excellent, thanks to Betty! Ordered Mark Tuan t-shirt many weeks ago. Delivery date was always changing. The package was shipped only when I contacted their customer service. The next day after the shipment the package was already "delivered" only that I never received it. The customer service is trying to blame my neighbors for stealing it and advises to contact USPS while customers are paying the shipment fee to DHL. I expected my package to arrive securely with fees of half a price of the actual t-shirt I've ordered but apparently, it's not applicable to Represent.

Not much I can say besides perfect. It's just absolutely perfect. Customer service, shipping times, the product, everything is perfect. I have bought things on here for charity events, and the items are amazing.

I ordered 2 pairs of pj pants to help out a charity. This charity also had shorts too and Represent.com sent me two pairs of shorts, not pants. I emailed them just to see if I could exchange them for the correct ones. Got an email back a day later saying that they would be contacted ting me within 48 hours and they had printed the wrong design. The design was correct it was just the items that were messed up. A week later, another email saying I could get a $4.00 discount on my next purchase. They ignored the issue and didn't do anything to fix it. I don't recommend using them.
Worse T shirt I ever saw. Feels like cardboard, ( made in Nicaragua) and poorly stitched. What's worse is the printing, it looks like it's 100 years old. It's all blochy, edges are missing in places, faded throughout. I waited so long to get, what,,,, a piece of crap. Buyers beware with this company. Seeing all the terrible reviews on mailing it back I'm sure I will never see a refund. Wish I can show you what they had the nerve to mail me. Should have reviewed them and seen they had NO phone number, should tell you something, huh?

Our designer suggested we try these guys instead of CustomInk. No need to carry a big inventory, easy for people to order shirts etc. NOPE.

Terrible customer service. The chat doesn't work. There's no phone number as far as I can see. Ordering samples is baffling. They promise to get back to you via email within 24 hours. They don't. Ever. They just send a list of FAQ's.
The shipping is turtle-like. The shopping cart is glitchy especially using the mobile version. Expensive and worst of all, the shirts are very poor quality. Hard, rough, prickly fabric. Not a true black and the printing is dull. On top of that the sample shirt we ordered had a stain on it. Very disappointing. Going straight back to Customink.

Represent has good customer service. If something is wrong, they get back to you quickly to solve the delimma. There are so many different campaigns that you can join in, from Supernatural stars to Pride Month wears. It's the best campaign site I've associated with.

They helped me very well and answered my questions quickly. The products are form good quality en where send very fast.
When the packages were delivered, I received unexpected customs fees. I send the respresent an mail and while they don't have to do it they did return a small amount of money.
I'll call that perfect service.
I can honestly say that everytime I've ordered from a campaigne on Represent.com I come away happy with each product. The quality is excellent. When I get the emails telling me shipment has been done... my order comes with no extended waiting.
When I received my order, I was severely disappointed with the sizing of their products. I think that is the only downfall honestly are their poor sizing. You need to not JUST look at waist sizing in clothing, but the actual legs of the products as well. The waist fit fine, but the legs were literally skin constricting tight for it being my proper size. However. I was thrilled with their customer service. Not only were they kind but they allowed me to keep my current pair and they are also sending me a (hopefully) fitting pair! Even if they don't fit, the generosity and good service has earned them 5 stars from me.
Ordered two shirts and one hoodie from the Arnold Schwarzenegger "Come with me if you want to lift" Campaign. First I will say it took over 6 weeks to receive my products. One shirt arrived with a hole in the sleeve stitching, they are sending a replacement. Today, after only two washes, the other shirt is now coming apart as well (very poor stitching in the sleeves and bottom of the shirt. I do not dare wash the hoodie as I'm afraid it too will fall apart. I was very excited to buy the shirts when I saw the campaign on Arnold's FaceBook page, but it's truly been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I would highly advise you NOT to order shirts from this company.
These petty negative reviews are absolutely unnecessary. Rank, arrogant, ego filled comments is what'swrong with this world. This man is fighting a true fight that is near and dear to us heart. People are dying because if the stigma still attached to mental illness. Do your research before you slam a man that is helping thousands by being a voice for those suffering. If you get the wrong size, oh well at least you donated to an amazing cause. If you're looking for fashion, fall into the Gap, and let Represent continue fighting the good fight.

Contacted them after about 5 days of shipment.
No explanation and could not reship due to only printing what is ordered.
Not likley to do business with them or recommend other to place orders through them.

Products took a long time to ship and were of disappointing quality. The shirts themselves looked ok, but the craftsmanship was poor. We both ordered the same size shirt but they were slightly different, mostly in the sleeve area. I don't know how, but the wrist-part of one the shirts was way smaller then the other, I could barely fit my hand through at all! You can even see the stitching has gone a bit awry, so it's a very uncomfortable fit.
When we tried to let the owners know of their poor quality we found out their website had NO rating system in place at all. Which is shady to say the least. Which is why I decided to write a review here.
I like JonTron, but the "Sensual Jazz" shirts were a big disappointment.
