Although this company has been good with responding to my emails in a timely manner, i can't give this company a good review just soley based on their shipping!
3 months nearly since my order was placed! I have NEVER experienced such a long wait ever! Not for any company! I understand Covid may have delayed things somewhat. But, 3 months! Ridiculous!
I feel sorry for my son who has been so patient waiting for this hoodie! For the price and the wait- i hope its quality! Cause if it isn't- i'll be back to complain about that too!

Hi Marvel, I am sorry that your shipping took such a long time :( For a few countries, we set 8 weeks delivery since the shipping date as a possibility. It has been 3 months already and that is definitely not ok and I am afraid we have to consider your order lost :( Could you please reach to us again so we can look into it and come up with compensation?
