I ordered two shirts from Flamingo's FlimFlam merch. I ordered a shirt for my son and a shirt for myself. They were supposed to ship on May 18th. I received an email saying they were delayed in shipping. My son's shirt arrived within a week or so. It looks awful. It is not white and blue split dye, it is blue and faded blue split dye. I understand that with tie dye and split dye it is a bit difficult to keep colors pure, but by goodness they made Flamingo a correct split dye tee! Half blue and half white! Now for the next complaint: it is June 8th and I have not received my shirt. I can only assume it hasn't even shipped seeing as how I have not received a shipping confirmation. I sent the first email to customer support on June 4th. I promptly received a trouble ticket number and the assurance that I would have a reply in 2 days. It is now June 8 and I have received not one single email from Represent.com... well minus the prompt email with another trouble ticket for the email I just sent. I am done. I would not recommend anyone to take the gamble of either not getting your item, getting a sub par item, or having no issues. It is not worth it.
