Very, very disappointed in this company right now. Ordered from them three times and only received one order, the others they have classed as lost in the mail. I think they need a different courier as from reading the reviews this happens a lot. My current order was for the cmm signed jersey the tracking never updated for two weeks (this happened with the basketball), my partner was told different information, I don't think they read emails properly as they didn't get my name right in any of the emails. So fair enough I got my refund and a slap in the face with I am very sorry for the inconvenience and a 15 dollar voucher! After the shocking customer service, loosing two of my items no way would I buy from this website again. I am very disappointed and I don't believe my item was even sent out for how quick you are to class them as lost and then I got told they can't send a replacement because of the nature of the item! More are being shipped in September why can't you add more to the list to make up for the ones you loose. To say this is for charity I am just shocked. Thanks for nothing represent
