Their customer support is very bad and they keep sending the same generic emails, with no success or progress, so avoid booking with them, as they are zero reliable!
My refund has been pending for over 4 months now. They keep on making excuses that they will refund the money and it's delay from the airline. I contacted the airline and they told me all refunds have been processed already. They are scammers. Do not book a ticket with them. Pay 80-100 dirhams extra but book from airline directly. I even did a police report for them in kuwait and dubai as well but no response.

Still no refund for 6 months... despite of many follow ups call, emails no result. Airlines cancelled my flight last March 20, then both agreed with this agency that i can get my full refund since then nothing has been refund. I have friends who book from BUDGETAIR. And their flight was cancelled last May 1. Fortunately they got their full refund in July with same airlines. So Please REHLAT how come that this airlines already refund the other agency and you is not?

Ticket ID ******* this is towards Oman Airways on 31st March 2020, the flight was cancelled by airlines due to airport closure due to pandemic.
The refund is pending for more than 1.5 Years. Once I asked about refund on March 2020, they informed me as per airline policy they can place the request only after one year. Oman air didn't start service from UAE till now. I again raise the refund request after one year. They informed me it will take 90-120 days. That time also almost left. Now Rehlat is not responding to my mail also. I send about 25+mail about this matter. I am waiting for more than 1.5 years in this difficult time to get refund.
Please help me get the refund it's hard earned money. This is loosing trust on Rehlat.

I booked the flight thru Rehlat in 2020 april. Due to Corona the flights were cancelled and the airline refunded the entire money to RTehlat. But Rehlat never gave this money back to me. After many followups they kept on telling that refund will be provided. I have spent more on phone bills than the actual cost of the ticket. Never trust this company. They will simply lure you with cheap prices but sometime they won't even book your ticket.

I booked my ticket online and received confirmation sms and email. Also the amount got deducted from my account. But in the check in counter the staff couldn't find my booking details with the booking reference I provided. I called Rehlat, one staff assured to call me back and reissue the ticket, another one cut the phone on my face when I was talking about my issue, a complete mess. They later informed me due to me non stop calls that they will refund the amount the next day. It's been more than a week but no progress. Please never ever book your tickets through rehlat. They are the biggest fraud who are also very unprofessional. No proper communication.

Do not book any flights or hotels through the Rehlat app or website. They are tremendous liars. On June 8,2023, I purchased a ticket from Kuwait to Mumbai for June 23,2023. However, at the same time, they removed my money and only one booking id was created. I haven't received a phone call or a letter in the last seven days.
I'm terribly upset since I don't have enough money to travel to India. Rehlat fabricated all of the favorable reviews on this page. They cancel my reservation when I was flying to destination hotel with my baby and wife, less than 24h before the check-in date due "technical issues". The hotel confirmed that they never had any reservation at my name.
They wrote "24- 48 hrs and the amount will be credited to your account within 15-20 days in accordance with your bank policy & procedures", no such bank policy exist at my bank and it has been more than a month waiting for the refund.

I am very dissatisfied with your services. Today I bought accommodation in Jumeirah Emites Tower in Dubai for 1 night and I was guaranteed an amount of 113.71 EUR through your portal. I also took a screenshot from the screen. My bank charged me 124.30 EUR. I finally found the worst travel agency. I booked a transferable ticket and when I applied for a change it was denied for some unclear reasons. Several calls, many hours and some 10 days later it became clear that they purchased a non transferable ticket but charged me for the transferable price. And simply hoped that things would resolve themselves.
If I could give a minus 100 for bad service, horrible business practice, Non-operational website and outright scamming then this is it.

I booked a ticket on wego using Rehlat.This was on18th June 2023 and the ticket was cancelled by rehlat claiming there are no seats.I got a promise I will get refund but nothing yet after about 5 months.I called your customer service more than 20 times.I wrote more than 7 emails.Uptill now I got nothing.
Totally Irresponsible travel agency that you can ever partner with. No responsibility on your bookings if there is any flight cancellation, no proper feedback on emails.
