I have bought 2 tickets from rehlat, i received a receipt with total amount of money ******* LE, when i checked the bank account, i found that they took ******* LE
I called them on the phone, they told me that we wlll check and get back to you.
Then a mail sent to me with the following.
Please be informed that we are charging Fee charged for overall convenience for the services we give for booking online at ease and providing multiple payment options and services.

However, I asked them to state this amount in the receipt which they refused too ( in order to claim from my comapny), now my company will only refund me with ******* and i will pay the difference.
Never ever deal with them again
I paid and booked for 2 rooms, when I went to check-in at the hotel. On the hotel's system there was only one room booked. Please do not book anything from Rehlat you will be disappointed and no refunds! Pure SCAM! ZERO RATING
For the sake of saving £10-£15 don't use Rehlat

I am had a very bad experience with Rehlat, and it appears to be a common situation from the other posts.
I tried to book a flight. They could not complete the booking within ten minutes. They took my money. They said that I would receive a refund within 24-48 hours. Even this would have been too long. I was stuck at the airport trying to buy a new ticket as my prior flight had been cancelled. They took my money, provided no new flight and left me at the airport, no flight and no money. It took 3 days to get a refund and no communications from them.
Unless you want to risk paying a lot of money to get nothing, go somewhere else.
Furthermore, their call centre is very poor with staff unable to address customer's requirements without referring to head office. Very poor. Very disappointed. Very upset.

Rehalat shows very attractive cheap price in skyscanner and while price wont change till last step and after filling all details and at last step to payment they add "Convenience Fee" and increase price drastically without proper notification and Grab money... silly way of making money.
None of the offer coupons are accepted... waste of time spending time with this travel booking... Very bad expertise.

We would like to inform you that the Convenience Fee is not a hidden charge and is a service fee charged for booking online at ease and for providing multiple payment options and services.
It would appear in the Payment page once you add your card details. The reason it cannot be displayed before you enter your card details is that the amount charged as Convenience Fee, depends on the payment gateway you choose and the bank you have your account with.
The amount is then calculated accordingly and added in the total cost of the booking before you click on PAY.

THey are scammers. They will charge you even when they havent booked your flight. They will hike the fares and demand for more once the prices hike and getting a refund from them is like fighting a battle. Once the payment is done they dont even bother about responding you.

I booked a trip with the option to cancel the reservation up until the 29th of august 2022, free of charge (I've got proof of this). In their confirmation Rehlat suddenly states the booking is non-refundable, I never agreed to a non-refundable booking!
In their reaction on Trustpilot Rehlat states: "Please check your mail and refer the cancellation policy." However... The policy states you can cancel on the website and through customer service. I followed all the necessary steps on both cancellation options and still no cancellation. Referring to the policy only helps if the cancellation options actually work...
I'd be inclined to give a better review once the matter is resolved, but for now I'm sticking with one star.

That was horrible cause i was booking just 3 days before my travel, i lost one day just trying to contact them by all means by phone calls, emails with no response.
I was lost, i have to arrange for my work, pickup, accommodation, pcr test and online health check in for my destination... i was in a whole miss.
I started to cry & my whole day was miserable.
I won't ever book with them.
And they never gave me any promo cods or discount,, always manipulating about discounts.

I made reservation since 10 days now, they told me there was a technical problem and your ticket was not issued and since then they didn't refund my money back, I call each day they tell me same answer we will contact the specialized department which is located in the UAE and will get back to you. They are unable to give you any accurate answer, they always tell you it is out of our hands and it is in the hands of the management, what kind of customer service is this, why is there a customer service center when he is unable to do any action. I will never book on this website again and will never recommend it to anybody I know. Hopefully I will get my money back soon.

I have been purchasing majority of my tickets from Rehlat for the past two years almost. I was initially paranoid about using their site. But to this day I have never felt frustrated about the bookings. I am a frequent traveler traveling almost two times in a month. Rehlat is my first go to option. I have in fact saved a lot from their hotel bookings and flights that I have started purchasing tickets even for my parents and cousins from the rehlat site. I do let the people at my work place know about this website and since I purchase from the site I do encourage them to do the same. I am pleased, highly encourage people to use it. If you book in advance you get rates that are the best rates. You would never be disappointed. I feel this is a big time blessing for me.

I am waiting for my refund since April but still i didn't received my refund. It's worst service this company. When ever I call they I will get refund soon. We didn't get the refund from the Airline's. Same word they use. Every call. Very bad company.
This is a completely useless service. I booked a return ticket and after taking all my information, including credit card info, the website did not return any response. A blank screen appeared. Since there is no customer service (a chatbot tried to fix my computer screen issue when I contacted), I have no idea whether my ticket was booked or not.

No refund since 5 months!
Since the past 5 months, I'm waiting to receive my refund from Rehlat. However, every time I contact them, I receive the same reply. I'm frustrated to have received 15
emails from Rehlat's team with the same stereotype response for processing my refund from the last 5 months. Several attempts have been made, in order to get my refund which has already been processed from the airlines long ago! I fail to understand what is the reason for the delay? I've been living in the Kuwait since the past 40 years but I'm yet to come across such unprofessionalism as I've experienced with them. Even during this pandemic, is this the kind of support they offer their customers? My question is would they be so patient in dealing with me if there was a delay in payment from my side? I'm still awaiting the refund before I go ahead with a legal and formal complaint to expedite this matter.

I just saw recent reviews about cheap flights booked then they will suddenly come back to inform you that you need to pay extra. I got the same experience for hotel. They came back to me a few days before the booking date to inform that the hotel increased the room rate and that I need to pay more directly to the hotel. I called the hotel and they said that it was Rehlat's mistake and they just wanted me to shoulder their mistake. If I will end up paying more, I'd rather book to a better hotel. It's my first time with this website but will definitely use it again nor recommend. Until now, they still did not refund my money.
