Hello! Five days ago, REHLAT again responded to my review on this site in the same way they have been responding for two months. I canceled Booking ID: RCO******* and they are not refunding my money, despite the option for free cancellation. Once again, they apologize for the inconvenience caused and are investigating the issue with high priority. Gentlemen, your apologies do not solve my problem. What is there to investigate so much - I have been indicating a reservation number to you for two months, everything has been paid one hundred percent. A cancellation was made within the specified period. Just refund my money.

It's a scam
February 1, 2025

I got scammed. They charged me for an hotel that doesn't exist. After payment, they sent me an email saying they needed to charge extra (for whatever reason) and I had to send them my credit card info by email. I refused and asked for a refund. They offered to lower the extra cost. I refused and asked for a refund. They said they were giving me a full refund. The refund never came, so I file a dispute with my bank. My bank managed to get my money back. Don't trust Rehlat, they will scam you.

I have canceled my the ticket June 2024 and its been 4 months no refund. I have contacted then with many calls and send them many mails they always respond with the same recorded message "We are working on it sir".
Never trust this company.

Booked over a year ago….flights were never confirmed, tickets never received….$1,300.00 AUD….GONE! TAKEN! Over a year of communication to get my refund, but NOTHING…Struggling single mother, robbed of hard earned money. There needs to be a class action law suit filed against Rehlat. These people need to be in prison.

Once you booked and paid you can no longer expect customer service after sales. They will reply to your email with a bot and promise to get back to you within 24 hours but you will wait for the rest of your life for nothing. 20+ emails I've sent none of them get an answer. I ended up contacting Singapore Airlines Head Office to escalate the issue and report them and that's how I got my refund from them. Please do not book from this site and don't waste your money and time.

My sister did a booking on 31 August then the ticket opened for 1 year as per call with the Airline suddendly today iam calling airline to check the reservation was cancelled by rehlat and they did refund for themselves as revenue at February without even informing us through email.

I tried to reach them with no success and will do my best to make an example for what they did.

Rehlat cancelled out booking for Oct 2023 and still has not refunded the money, 4 months later. We've contacted several representatives and still have not received our money. Will not ever book with them again.

I booked the cheap flight from OAK to EWR (both way) with spirit airlines. You cannot have either a personal luggage. This information is not there so the comparison I made with all other tickets was not that true. So far my fault. I am not satisfied by the fact that they did the online check-in for the first trip without any bag, and for the second trip they did nothing and O could not find where I could do it. I had to add baggage at the airport that costs more.

Delay in refund.

I have sent 45 Reminders every week phone calls, but getting same typical poor worst response... bear with us refund in process. No improvement... rehlat behaviour is fraudulent... they received the money back from airlines around 3 months back but holding money illegally...

Bunch of lies

I had to cancel my hotel booking due to my flight cancellation. Cancellation took place on July 21 we are August 7 and they still copy paste the same answer

They lower the ticket price by not listing the required fees, after checkout the receipt of what you bought changes, for example mine included taxes pre-checkout and didn't include taxes after I paid. They will then try and get more money from you and charge you for cancellation. I should have looked them up before but I figured google travel would only suggest real ticket brokers.

Also downloaded their app to setup my ticket and it changed to a foreign language after entering my account details and its just advertisements now.

NO REFUND
October 19, 2021

Booking ID *******. I have been waiting for my refund to be processed for more than a month. Rehlat comes with a new lie every day. At least twice they confirmed 'we are pleased to process your refund' but next week comes with a new stupid excuse. Here they again respond saying it is forwarded to the financial department, will do it on a priority basis and blah blah. But they are professional paid liars. Keep your hard earned money away from these robbers please.

If you wish to lose your money you may go with this. Otherwise kindly not even open Rehlat app/website. I had worst experience 3 times in total regarding the refund due to flight cancellation and they will not respond properly whenever you try to contact them.

First I wished there was anything below 1 star to select. They don't even deserve that star which I am compelled to choose.
I bought a ticket for my son back in January 2022. Unfortunately my son tested positive at the day of his flight. The ticket was from Pegasus booked through Reheat. Its May 23,2022 and yet I have not received any refund. Pegasus refused any contact and referred the issue to Reheat. Rehlat keeps telling me to have patience in their rare replied to many emails. Never recommend this agent.

CHEATING SITE BEWARE

Just helping friend from office which earning very tight money and this Rehlat don't have the decency to answer and no phone to call! Why such people not working fairly. The guy that you are cheating is only an office boy which the amount he pays accounts for his month salary. Shame on you.

I booked a ticket from Dammam to Dubai on 18th Nov and made the payment as per the price shown. After getting payment, I received an email that the price of the ticket had increased and more payment is required. I saw this email after a day and the ticket was not confirmed. From 18th Nov to date they have not refunded my payment. On every follow-up call, CS keeps saying we are raising a special request and you will get the payment within 48Hrs but nothing happens.

I did a hotel booking on 21 April 2021, I received an email from reheat very quick that mentioned my booking was failed. So they will refund the money back. OK that is the nightmare stated. You are getting helpless with waiting and contacting all the time. They promise you and lose their promise... repeat! What the terrible service!
At the last mail they ask me to remove the bad comments on the website which I didn't do, but it remind me to do it! When I check the comments, I am getting worried, because they are many People have the same issue as mine!
20 Days still not get the refund, I will contact the lawyer very soon!
