No Refund 2 tickets, Technical Ref: 948775

I bought 2 tickets in November 2021.( ******* & *******), Money deducted but tickets were not confirmed.
I sent email asking for Refund and have been told 10-15 days. Now 3 months nothing. WORST service and WORST call center. I m surprised they still in bussies with this awful repetition.

Rehlat attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

From 22 June, Rehlat keeping my money and not refunding.

Their team members do not provide appropriate response...they do not respond to my repeated emails. (MY case BID *******) / Request number as *******).

Ticket money taken by Rehlat.on 22 June. They.did not provide ticket.After many call and email, they sent mail stating that money will be refunded after 20 working days ( why so many days to refund).

Until today (3 Aug), Rehlat has not paid back my money.

It looks They are following fraudulent practices.
Any body please provide your suggestion to deal with this Fraud Rehlat.

Very good, No problems at all.
Hotel was great, was superb 5 star. Breakfasts and lunches were great. Highly organised, punctual, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Quality for the price we paid is awesome. I don't know how they make a profit. We felt safe at all times. Thanks Rehlat

No Refunds.Fraud
February 9, 2023

Never book tickets from Rehlat. They failed to issue ticket to me due to their internal issue and now 9 months they are not refunding my money after several complains and calls to call center in riyadh and emails to helpdesk. Only reply is we raised the issue with Finance.

Number 1 useless company

If there is option to give them 0 rating would have been better, this company doesn't want to grow.
Never ever book from them. They are cheaters. The show less price later they will increase and for refund you have to wait 40days. Really I'm gonna take my issue to consumer rights. They are fraud.
After sending several reminders no response from them.

My flight Booking ID *******, I dont recommend to use rehlat services. I got on email that the team need 50-60 working days to process refund, that too after following up for almost a month.
There should be ZERO rating option for such companies.

Rehlat stole my deposit. I tried to book accommodation and it had an option to pay a small deposit now and pay the rest later. This is normal for many accommodation bookings but Rehlat said they had some special terms for being able to take a deposit from me but then THEY cancelled my accommodation booking and said they were then entitled to keep my deposit. International bank transfers don't happen quick enough so the system is designed to fail so they can keep your money. Do not go with them!

Quoting low ticket amount on website while booking after the money transferred to they're account, sending mail asking more money for the same. So i refused to book and requested to cancel the booking. But now its been 35 days still no refund. Worst customer care having zero knowledge and inadequate information just to drag and delay the refund. I highly don't recommend Rehlat. So please aware of those fraudsters and away from them.

First they charge me 10x the cancellation fee listed on their website and after badgering them constantly with proof from their own website they claim its a technical error but won't change the fees. After im forced to accept they tell me refund processing takes 5-6 weeks! As ridiculously long that is, even still I haven't received my refund and they refuse to share the bank reference number

I have been following for refund for over a year and every time their answer is refund to be processed in next 48 hrs. Not recommended to book ticket through this site. They're fraudsters. I will approach dubai economic department to raise my case.

On 4-28-23 this company took a large payment from me, for a room booking at Royalton New York. This week I'm finding out the hotel has no such booking. Rehlat.com is not responding to email concerns or phone calls to resolve issue. Booking says to get refund, I have to ask by 4-24-23 which was before booking was made.

They never responds to mails. Requested for a cancellation before 2 days and there is no response from their side. Even though they claims to be 24/7 customer service you will be lucky if someone picks when you call the customer care. Think twice before booking at Rehlat.

This company has stolen money from our family. We booked multiple flights through this company and they did not actually follow through and pay for the flights. With Spirit airlines we explained the issue to customer service on the phone, they admitted fault and then later told us that Spirit confirmed we were no shows. If this is a common experience amongst people who use their service, I am willing to hire an attorney to hold them accountable.

Last month i have posted my review about my worst and bad experience from rehlat who is sole responsible for my money lose and mental cause.
These guys just sent me and this forum a reply by requesting my booking reference number, looks as eye wash as they have responded, that's it, until now no update, no reply for my reminder mail too, please take care, i won't recommend rehlat.

Worst possible travel agency with poor value and ethics. Booked a travel to India through Rehlat on srilankan airlines in April 2020 due to covid my flight got cancelled by airlines since then I am chasing for my refund. My biggest concern is that when I myself tried to contact srilankan airlines they ask for refund application number which Rehlat is not providing me. They simply state in emails that we cannot provide your refund application number as it's against their policy. What kind of policy prevents customers from knowing their own refund application number.

I have booked my tickets in last June before 9 months and flight was cancelled in November and rehlat got full refund in 7 days but rehlat is not giving me from last 5 months. It is really horrible I mailed a lot and called them 100 times. It is so so so bad experience for me. Please, give back my hard earned money.

I just received an email from Rehlat stating that they will be closing my ticket as it has been inactive for quite some time.
I was surprised that the same email who send me this mail is the same mail i am making a follow up with regards to the booking we have made with them (me and my husband) before pandemic.
Since April 2021 I am making a follow up with them and until now am not receiving a favorable response.
Such an incompetent company who does not know how to take good care of their client. Please return our hard earned money as you should know how we toil, sacrifice and exerted too much effort just to pay our fare.

Got scammed by Rehlat

Purchased an upgraded suite at a resort through this company, but the room that Rehlat booked for me at the resort was the most basic room offered. Spent hours on the phone trying to correct this before two customer service reps grew angry and hung up me. This company is bad news.
