Worst possible travel agency with poor value and ethics. Booked a travel to India through Rehlat on srilankan airlines in April 2020 due to covid my flight got cancelled by airlines since then I am chasing for my refund. My biggest concern is that when I myself tried to contact srilankan airlines they ask for refund application number which Rehlat is not providing me. They simply state in emails that we cannot provide your refund application number as it's against their policy. What kind of policy prevents customers from knowing their own refund application number.
