Amazing service

I am amazed by the outstanding service received,
Booked a ticket and could due to circumstances not take this flight and had to cancel the booking, Expecting a cost for this as this was a low fare ticket i received an Email that teh total amount was returned to my back account without any deductions or questions. This is really going above and beyond from Mr Allan.
Will not think twice where to book next time.

NO REFUND SINCE 2 MONTHS!

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Rehlat's booking and refund process. I recently booked a domestic flight in Saudi Arabia through their website and paid for the ticket in full. Subsequently, they informed me that they were unable to secure the ticket from the airline, and I requested them to cancel the booking and issue a refund.

Rehlat sent me an email detailing my refund, which amounted to 653, and promised that the refund would be processed within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately, I have been consistently following up with their customer service team, and they continue to assure me that the refund is with the "Finance" department and will be processed within 48 hours. To date, I have yet to receive any refund.

I strongly urge anyone considering booking through Rehlat to exercise caution and report any similar experiences. The lack of transparency and prompt action on their part is unacceptable.

A company that is happy to collect money from a transaction but not to accept responsibility when things go wrong as I called their customer services 4 times during a full day to help in confirming the hotel confirmation with no response!
Sending incorrect hotel reservation number in their confirmation email that is even not recognized by the hotel itself!
I can give zero level in comparison with other online booking platforms, I already escalated a complaint against them to Dubai tourism.

Happy with Rehlat

I talked to different agents in Rehlat further to my request adding my children to my existing booking. Despite of the difficulty when tracking various customer's request using a common email add, well i can say that, those agents are good enough to handle request effectively. Rehlat is reliable. Excellent service

I've read all the negative comments and you didn't have any right to give them 1 or 2 stars as it's your fault guys. I used it many times and everything was very good, the guys answering the phone are so patient, me and my friends didn't face any problem with them. I don't think that if i changed my mind and want to change the date or even to cancel it is their fault! If you want to do any changes on your tickets you have to pay for it!

Everyone wants to get his problem resolved without paying any penalty! How come guys!

You have to read all the terms and conditions before booking and simply for the deals too. Try to tire your self reading it before giving anyone bad review

Be honest with yourselves guys. They're working really hard and very good.

Just stay away from them and you can sleep well at night.
Booked a room and was given a booking reference number but it shows 'No records found' whenever I go to Rehlat.com to check booking status. They didn't reply to my email. That made me realise I had been scammed. I had to book a room again using another reputable travel portal to ensure no anxiety attack during travel.

Rehlat cancelled my reservation the night before my flight and offered no explanation other than "the airline says you cancelled your flight." I did NOT cancel my non-refundable ticket! Neither Rehlat nor Spirit airlines could offer an explanation or a solution. In the end, I didn't get a refund, the flight was no longer available and I had to pay for another flight! This was an absolute nightmare experience & I am never using either services again!

REFUND - STRUGGLE
December 29, 2021

I booked a ticket on 23rd November and since they are not able to confirm the ticket and asked for an additional amount for confirmation after several calls and a day later, I requested to cancel the booking. They told me the refund will be done in 15-20 days. Even after more than a month, I am calling their customer care number and hearing the same story that the request has been forwarded to the finance team. I am struggling to get any feedback or refund.

No ticket

I booked and paid for a ticket and still have not received it. I also called the customer care to add on the free shuttle we bus from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and they refuse to help but Emirates say all travel agents do this free of charge. I'm scared as hell about the fact that Rehlat has charged me but not given me my ticket as yet, is this a scam?

Worst application

Please guys if you don't want to be fraud don't even book anything from this app. I booked one hotel from this app and when I went to that hotel after paying money in taxi and all, hotel reception staff he said they didn't get any online booking and my money was deducted. When I spoke to customer service executive threw call and email they said your money will be refund between 48 hours, today almost one month finish refund money is too far they stop even giving reply.
Better to pay little extra money, but don't book anything from this app.
I even have all proof.

Very bad customer service, they only read the same dialogue, they send you the same email for every follow up. It has been more 6 months since I requested for cancellation and refund but still no update.

They're definitely a scam! Fake emails, rude customer service, and overall bad experience. Do not book through them. If anyone has went through this as well report them to www.ftc.gov just like I am about to do!

Fraud and scammers

I booked with them a hotel in Dubai for a business trip, and when I came, hotel said that no see any any booking on my name or from this company, when I called and emailed to Rehlat customer support they all time said to to wait an hour or two or 24 and didn't get refund to me! They scammers! Still money from people and didn't shame on it! Don't use their price and they web site!they left you dead in the street in another country!( reg*******)

Very bad
June 15, 2021

Booking ID – ******* on 06/03/2020 ( 5 pax) booking cancelled du to cancellation of flights around the world. As per the airlines (Omanair) full refund is applicable upon the completion of 12 months from the date of purchase of tickets (06/03/2020). Since 07/03/2021 i wrote several emails to rehlat but every time same stupid excuse and no refund.

Rehlat was outstanding

The Customer Support team were sympathetic and very helpful. They worked with the hotel to get me a full refund within a 2 days. I received regular calls & mails from them keeping me updated on progress and what they planned to do next.

I had a great experience booking my flight from Kuwait to Lahore Pakistan but because air line suspend their operation my booking cancelled by the air line. The price I got back through Rehlat. For getting my money back Really good customer service. Really professional in dealing with my issue. I saw the reviews earlier and i was thinking they will be really bad in dealing with customers. But she proved herself as a good human being who takes other people issues seriously. Thanks to Rehlat.

Worst services!

I booked a ticket, which was not confirmed for long time. No one was picking the calls, later they have replied for my mail demanding for additional money due to hike in ticket prices. That too their demand was 100% extra.

Very terrible and not reliable, I have been trying to get back my refund since 2 months, they keep telling me that I need to check with my bank. I do not recommend this at all. You will waste your money.

THIS IS NOT A COMPANY but a SCAM. I don't understand how they still manage to hold the license and operate. Took our money for eventually fake tickets- arrived at the airport and at the check-in counter found out there is no booking under our name (with our ticket confirmation on hand) and now we are at 2 months time with 38 emails back and forth and nothing was solved, no refund. https://www.skyscanner.ae/ Please stop using the services of this company and ruin your reputation. Tickets were for 30 April 2022 - today is 16 June 2022 - no actions taken, the most unprofessional customer service which actually hanged up the phone on me.

The worst experience ever booking with Rehlat Ref No. ******* Sent an email regarding my flight cancellation due to the Covid-19 since I can't travel back to my country then they tell me my tickets is Non refundable of which it's contrary to what the ticket says even after attaching a letter from my country as proof I can't travel. No apologies about it either. Then I tell them to change to a later date, which their response is I should pay extra for date change which is almost double the flight booking. Even after I checked in their website the price is the same as my previous booking.
Am so disappointed and would never recommend anyone to book with Rehlat either.
