I booked a flight on 21st of February 2022 and after the payment proceeded, they called to reschedule that flight as it was fully booked, I asked for a refund. Until today it's been almost 4 months and I did not receive my payment. I have sent lots of emails and I called many times and they just gave excuses and false promises. The experience was very bad, they are unprofessional and I really don't recommend this site for anyone.

I have been using Rehlat for the last 4 years and i could find any travel solution from their website. The website also user friendly and any internet beginner can use it professionally. Hi Friends, Please don't use this app and website they always give fake offers. Initially, they will show one amount, but finally, from our account, they will debit higher than the final amount. Even debiting the amount from account booking will not confirm. For refunding the amount also they will take their own time, it will take more than 3 months. No proper customer care service very worst service. No. 1 cheating company.

I had a great time to Sydney with my family, which I booked flight ticket with Syrian Air Through Rehlat. It was an amazing experience in the flight with world class hospitality and excellent food service management during my journey. It was bit surprise for me to have incredible in-flight entertainment.
I have been trying to get my money back for a canceled reservation for over 100 days. Unfortunately, to no avail. I have received more than 50 emails of the type "We wish to inform you that we are reviewing your concern with respective team and assure you that We would positively get back to you with an update addressing your concern on top priority". I had the absolute worst experience with Rehlat! Over a year ago, I booked a hotel online for Italy through their website. They claimed I could pay at the hotel, but guess what? They collected the entire payment while finalising the online booking!

I booked a hotel through your platform and was charged a certain percentage as an advance payment before the actual stay. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip, and as a result, I did not stay at the hotel. According to your refund policy, I am eligible for a refund of the booking amount since the cancellation was made within the specified timeframe.
I have attempted to communicate with your customer support team via email to process the refund, but to my dismay, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from Rehlat thus far. This lack of response is causing me significant concern, and I am left without any clarity on the status of my refund request.
Not refunding from March and only giving fake hopes every time, that concern team will respond at the earliest, my refund was approved and rehlat asked me more 15 days, after that also they didn't refund and now they are not even replying frequently!

Rehlat has cancelled my hotel booking 2 days before stay, booked and paid a month ago, they sent an email that telling me that they do have a technical jssue to confirm my booking with the hotel while the reservation team in hotel told me that Rehlat sent them an email asking for cancellation which I didn't requested. After contacting Rehlat they asked me to pay extra 450 SAR if I'm still in need of hotel. 0/10 professionalism it will be my last time to book with them.

I booked my ticket through Rehlat and the transaction went smooth. Upon trying to check-in, the airline told me that there was no ticket issued. After calling Rehlat, they stopped answering their phone and e-mails.
I am now left without a flight despite paying for the flights. They are scammers and are very unprofessional. I genuinely believe this is a group of scammers, not a legitimate business. And even if it is legitimate, it is highly incompetent and has serious issues to the point of not being able to provide a service (despite stealing the customers money)
Stay away! I even paid for an additional fee for online check-in (how ironic).
This was especially disappointing as its my first vacation in a year and first time to see my family in 2 years. Because of this, I was unable to fly and unable to afford another ticket home.

Worst customer service you will experience. No customer service at all and probably last time to book with u in addition to a bad review from my end. How come i do not get a confirmation about my booking after you withdraw the money from credit card?!

I do not find any reply for the emails & call center executives just show sympathy for no refund but no solution. Executives only reply is that all details are forwarded to management & you get the solution in 1 day but last 3 months nothing has happened. Rehlat is running scam by attracting the consumers with attractive prices when consumer try to book ticket money will be deducted but ticket will not be confirmed without disclosing any reason. Then they start lying saying Airline needs to confirm ticket & so on at the end booking will be canceled without confirming ticket. They make the consumer to beg for the refund & there will be no action from management.
I advise all to stay away from Rehlat to save your hard earn money. Don't fall into their cheap prices trap as I did. Rehlat the looters.

I have called at least 15 times since I was promised a refund on September 5th (as proven in these images). This company continues to lie and will not issue my refund request.
I have now reached out to my bank, a lawyer, as well as the Dubai Consumer Rights Board. I will not stop until I get my money back.
I advise you to NEVER use them.
I booked a ticket from their site and later they said it's sold out. They gave me the next flight at an additional cost.
They didn't support me and the next flight as well sold out. Their customer service is very bad. Their Egyptian team just doesn't want to admit Rehlat's mistake.

This is the worst company i have even dealt with dont never use this website, its a complete scam. I booked my ticket and it was never issued however the money was taken from my card. I had to book a new ticket through a different website. I've been calling them weekly (it's been 4 months) and they still have noT refunded me for a ticket that was never issued. I am planning on taking legal action against them. As they stopped answering my calls and emails.

I booked my 5-star hotel in Dubai. They sent confirmation. I checked with hotel if it's confirmed and so it is. I think they are trying to improve their service after all

Be aware Scammers! Purchased accommodation through them, they have cancelled it, saying that hotel don't have this room available anymore, asked for more $ to rebook another room. Phoned hotel, they told me it was the agent that cancelled it. Re booked with hotel direct, asked Rehlat to refund. Ended up reporting them to my bank as fraud to get a refund, at the end they have not processed it as refund, and I lost $ on conversion as they have processed it as new transaction. Stay away from these Scammers!

I had a confirmed refundable reservation on Qatar Airways that was booked on Rehlat.com
Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had cancelled this booking on 25-Oct-2021 and after much "negotiations" the cancellation fee was reduced from the unacceptable KD 80 to KD 30.
On 25-Oct-2021 I was promised the refund (minus the negotiated charge of KD 30) within 50 to 60 days.
It is now 17-Jan-2022 and till date, despite regular follow-ups I am yet to receive any refund, let alone anyone from Rehlat contacting me regarding the delay.
I wish to bring to your notice this totally unacceptable practice of exorbitant administrative charges and unbelievable delays in refunds.
All you can do is call on their helpline and every time a new person will pick up and promise to send a reminder to the Finance department that NEVER responds.
As per their new "update" the 50-60 days time period is excluding Fri/Sat, so that it can buy them some more time to fool around.
Please be aware.

I am writing you all this review out of pure frustration. I have booked my tickets initially, Upon booking I got a confirmation email on 3rd dec 2022 confirming my flight is booked.
24 hours later, I receive an email saying that I need to pay 154 more to confirm my booking, to which I simply cancelled my booking.
Upon getting confirmation that my booking is cancelled, they refuse to give me my money back. They refuse to transfer funds and add credit to my account as well it has been almost 3 months now.
