I am writing you all this review out of pure frustration. I have booked my tickets initially, Upon booking I got a confirmation email on 3rd dec 2022 confirming my flight is booked.
24 hours later, I receive an email saying that I need to pay 154 more to confirm my booking, to which I simply cancelled my booking.
Upon getting confirmation that my booking is cancelled, they refuse to give me my money back. They refuse to transfer funds and add credit to my account as well it has been almost 3 months now.
Attached are the screenshots of my experience with them. Stay safe guys. Wont recommend them ever in my life.
They take your money and give you fake bookings, when you go to hotel there wont be any bookings. They wont give you refund, its been more than one month i am chasing them for my money. They keep your money in their account and making interest out of it, some lucky people got refund after ministry level complaint has been lodged against them.
Do not buy from Rehlat. This company is a scam.
They canceled my stay on the day of the trip saying that there was a technical issue.
They told me the refund will be sent within 10-15 business days, 15 business days passed, still no refund! Could you please send me my refund finally!

Now a days so many online tickets website is available in kuwait market but all agencies are failed to give customer support to their customer, I found it rehlat support team they provide satisfied service to there customer..

BOOKING ID: ******* Since I wrote a review before 4 days in sitejabber, I received a response in 24 hrs. I replied to that immediately, bust no response as of now. They will respond just to show off to others who read this as if they are taking immediate action. But truly nothing. My money is stuck with them since april & I am waiting for just a transaction ID since oct 21st. I accepted the refund on Aug 24th & still they are cheating me.

I booked a ticket last month. They were unable to provide me any ticket. Then i ask for refund.
They gave me email contain within 25 days they will refund the amount. Still no refund. Worst customer service. No one reply any calls or emails.
I made a hotel reservation and it turned out that I had to pay extra because the price was already different. I refused and they sent me an email that they would refund the amount within 10-15 days. I'm still waiting and the only thing I get is the same email every day that there will be information within 48 hours.
Refund was confirmed on May 2020...
Still no answer from their agents...
Always same story... will escalate to the financial department after that nothing will happen...
I have been waiting since April 2020...

Since 2019 I bought a ticket ( Booking ID: *******), paid 1800 AED and still waiting my refund. Contacted them over hundred times barking like a dog and every time i get the same answer ' someone will contact you within 24 hours' like if it's their automatic reply. Not mentioning my several emails without any solution, I reached a level that I memorize all their ticketing team names! All what i get us promises! Just give people their rights! Even their executive team just sitting and warming the chairs do nothing after my several complaints got escalated to them.
Only solution left is to take legal action and complain to tourism department to interfere and return people rights!
Very bad, disappointing and doesn't reflect the professional image of travel sector in UAE.

We made a booking with Rehlat on 4July 2020 (booking ID: ******* &) The ticket cancelled by airline due to the pandemic. We called they said will be processed within 2-3 working days and should be credited within 1-2 weeks maximum. Here we are 2 year and countless of calls after haven't received any payment yet. Every time I called they promised to speed up the process & will update the refund status within 24hours via email but there was no email received for any of the calls that were made! Rehlat management, please do something here! You cannot treat people like this, do we need to keep begging to get our own hard earned money? How many more complaints should we make before we can receive the refund as promised?

I booked tickets worth of ******* AED, on 26th June 2021. However the rehlat not able confirm the tickets. So I asked for refund and its now 4 months, I sent many mails and phone calls.
Everytime getting only one answer, they will process refund asap and clarify within 24 hrs.

As I just experienced a ruthless treatment by this company. They lie about the cancellation policy. They cheated me with 50% charge of my entire trip reservation for canceling. I will pursue a fraud investigation against rehlat with my bank. Do not trust them with free cancelations is my advice and better yet use booking.com or others to avoid being cheated.
As i have booked hotel on rehlat with booking id ******* for abu dhabhi ramada by wyndham and at the very same time i have applied for refund and i also got the call and email from customer center for the same that within 10 to 12 business days you will be refunded may be they are counting day on month basis as it's been around 2 month now and they are saying everytime there financial team is looking into this matter and resolve as early as possible they are providing very awesome and amazing services to their customers with their own money. They are not deserve even a single star please start minus rating system for this website.

I have cancelled my flight (Booking ID: *******) on 13th July 2020 and awaiting the refund. This is on 9th month and there is no update regarding the refund. I have done a minimum of 25 follow ups through mail and call altogether and ends up the message like "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused due to delay in the refund process. We are checking with the concerned team, Once they update us we will let you know the same.".

Though initially there were some hiccups, Im very grateful to Candida and team of Rehlat who patiently and regularly followed up on my refund process because I lost my grandma and could not travel. I made reservations online on 13 Feb for 3 night for one of hotel and today I realised there's some changes on the plan, i would like to cancel the last night, they are telling me the breakfast can't be canceled! I really dunno why till now there more than 45 days to check in date, and which hotel breakfast will cost nearly $700 for two nights! I alrdy agreed with cancellation fee of $71, this breakfast non refundable is ridiculous! They're jus cheaters! There's no other reply after this!

Worst customer support i have ever seen. People in customer support are trained to tell lies to the customers. BID *******- I have been waiting for my refund to be processed for more than 4 months Rehlat comes with a new lie every day.
They respond saying it is forwarded to the financial department, will do it on a priority basis. But no use becoz its all lie. But they are professional paid liars. Keep your hard earned money away from these bloody bastards. Here people are stressed out becoz of pandemic and these are blood suckers who are sucking the blood by cheating people without refunding the amount for months together.

We have booked tickets for our family, paid for them. In next morning rehlat took 465 AED again from credit cart. My husband called them and ask to refund money, but they took 465 AED one more time without any permission. During the chat a manager of rehlat wrote, that he did understand our problem and hi need more information) So, it's cheating.

I made a booking, Rehlat cancelled because they could not provide the room requested. I was told the refund will take 10-12 days...its been 2 months! I sent emails I phone twice every week and always same response, my supervisor will call you in 24hrs! Unacceptable! Unreliable!
