It's been 4 months of us waiting for our refund for a trip they cancelled on us. They said you will get the refund within 60 days of them cancelling our trip, but we never received anything. We have been calling them on a weekly basis and they keep saying someone will reach out to you, but no one did.
I have made a booking through rehlat and my BID *******, till night i didnt receive confirmation and next day they said fare has been increased so please pay extra amount to get booking, i told them to cancel my booking and refund my money. They said okay after 4 weeks you will get but today its 4th Month and i am trying to do the followup but there is no update yet. Every time customer service said okay we will raise an issue to finance. I am fed up now to follow up. That's why never book through them. Almosafer is far best and providing greater service for online travel.
I booked a ticket and was charge on my debit card. I was informed that ticket number will be sent to me in 5 hours, which is not normal compare to other booking engines (eg. Cleartrip, tajawal) where you can get your e-ticket number right away. I called them after 12 hours and got surprised that the ticket is not issued due to technical glitch. They reveresed my payment but unfortunately the bank has not release it yet, i need to wait 7 days before they release my money back. What a waste of time using Rehlat. My first and last with them.

They will just reply that they your concern is on high priority but will not reply after. This is the worst app ever created on planet. Don not ever waste your money here! Not worth it and don't believe their offer. This is scam! It just gave me a nightmare, my payment was not credited to the hotel even after months of booking. There email will just reply the same just like the customer service, they are like robots. They will create a ticket and close it the next day. These people are living to scam others.
A fraud! I booked an hotel from 16th to 19th august. I received the evening for the next day (less than 24 hours before the check in) an email of cancellation of my booking, which is already paid!
In their email, they wrote that sentence: « Hence if you wish we shall check availability to reinstate the booking or else will proceed with full refund. ».
But I received this cancellation at 9 pm. Nobody work at that time… And my flight is at 6 am. So, impossible to find a solution with them. Sure that they don't do any compensation. Waiting for my refund as soon as possible!
Avoid at all costs. Terrible company and terrible customer support. Don't be tempted with the low prices... If you have an issue with your booking, good luck solving it with such incompetent customer support that cannot even be reached by phone!

Payment was taken (confirmed by EmiratesNBD) but Rehlat continue to deny receipt of payment and maintain that it will take at least 48 hours to check with their team in India.
The customer service representatives continually hung up the phone on me and the supervisor refused to take my call!
This is the most awful experience I've ever had. Essentially, they've taken my money and that's it - no flight tickets, nothing... absolutely bizarre!
Please, please, please avoid this company like the plague!

Booked a flight from Ahmedabad to DXb for Dec 20 2018 i used my debit card to pay they already deduct my money from my account. It says booking is confirmed but later they said we didnt receive your payment and send another payment link for payment & also said that your previous amount will be refunded within 6-7 working days. So i paid one more time from that link just and second payment was successful received ticket also. But its almost 10 days i am waiting for refund & from UAE sector there is no response what so ever Booking id *******

I had booked my flight with them as they were that little bit cheaper than booking with the airline direct. I needed to make a change to the return date and tried to call them. You just get put in a hold queue and told your call will be answered shortly. It never does.
I then emailed them only to get am automated reply to say they have received my email and will get back to me in 24 hours.
I also sent them a message through their website.
I never did get a reply from them.
I have managed to do the changes over the phone directly with the airline.
Do yourself a favor, don't bother using Rehlat unless you are sure you don't ever need to contact them.

I just want to inform you that I issued a flight ticket in April for an emergency but, when I reached airport it was showing the ticket has been cancelled. Since that time I am waiting for the ticket refund money. Almost all day am calling and will receive a reply it will be returned within 48 hours but till now I didn't get any single riyals. I booked a flight with Rehlat thinking that it would be great to offer a chance to a Start up and help a new company to rise. My flight was pending for more than 24 hours then it was cancelled without any reason. Now I need to wait for a refund. According to the reviews I am sure I will never see my money back. I wanted to take another ticket but now the price is x2. Rehlat is such a scam, do not book through them. It's a lot of stress and a waist of money. Rehlat you are a shame for the tech world. You are a scam. You deserve to be shut down. I am so angry at you that I will leave a bad review in every single website and I will make sure that everyone knows how bad you are. Theft.
And I am also the most stupid to buy from thier website when it was cheaper on the airline website because I did not notice that.
And when I wanted to change the timing it was horrible experience, my advice go buy from the airline website directly even it it is 20% higher cost. Believe me!
Why I give them control over changing my booking details? I paid them more for the original ticket, and now they charge me more to change the ticket via email or phone call, while on the airline website you do it cheaper, faster online and you do not deal with stupid customer service agent!

Kindly be informed that the Date Change or Cancellation penalty fees are decided by the Airlines' and are solely at their discretion. When we receive a request from our customer, we contact the Airlines asking if there is a possibility of the change requested by the customer and if there is, what charges will it incur and then inform the same to the customer.
We understand that sometimes, the penalty is a little higher but as mentioned, those are decided by the Airlines and needs to be followed.
It is a very tedious process for Airlines to reschedule everything on minimal charges which is why most Online Travel Agencies do not accept change and cancellation requests easily although we try to do the needful as much as we can.

I bought a ticket from their website. It was confirmed. After 2 days they sent an email asking for a photocopy of the credit card! Otherwise they will cancel the tickets. I am getting really irritated by the way your company is handling this problem. I have bought 2 tickets and it was canceled by Rehlat and until now I have not received the refund and eveytime you asked they said " we are having a technical problem web, please call on 1 hour" that's fraud. I believe the bast way to solve this issue is to report in the your local bank and center bank and that what I did even thought they said it would take 48 hrs but report it. And I'm going with this $#*! until I get my money

Booked my hotel 3 months ago paid the full amount, received confirmation email that everything is fine.
Prior to 24 hours of flying to Spain, Rehlat cancel the booking. There is no refund of the money, there is no customer representative to talk to, no one replies to emails, upper management is unable to be reached, every customer representative will tell you they will get back to you in 24 hours, when you're flight is due in 5 hours. I have called the hotel, and they have said that Rehlat themselves have cancelled the booking a couple of days prior to avoid the hotel booking fee, even though they have taken the full amount of money from me 3 months ago.
You will be left on your own with no compensation if you do business with this company.
