This company is a scam. Please believe me when I say they will not issue a refund. In November 2024, I was informed by Rehlat that there were no rooms available at the hotel I booked, and my order was canceled. Initially, it showed that there were rooms available. After I booked and paid, I received an email just 10 minutes later stating that there were no vacancies and my order was canceled.
That was the beginning of my nightmare. After three months and nearly 50 emails, I still have not received my refund. No one answers the customer service phone number provided. A total of £229 was supposed to be refunded, but every email I receive just says that the refund is being processed.
Please be cautious and do not book anything with Rehlat; they are a scam company.
Booked a hotel room in Nov 24. They cancelled and offered another hotel in other side of city or get refund. I selected a refund. It's been more than 100 emails of same excuses and repeat messages by different people and no refund made. They are a scam. Don't use Rehlat.
