This is not my first time to book online, however this is by far the worst booking experience.
I booked a hotel last week to enjoy the vacation with my family (parents/seniors and kids) through rehlat in a hotel called lilyland in Hurghada Egypt. Full Payment was made and taken by Rehlat.
When I went this week to check in; the hotel was not aware of my booking and I had to wait for 5 hours to check in the hotel as the hotel didn't recieve the FULL PAYMENT I made and Rehlat has used a 3rd medium for the booking.
I had to call rehlat when I reached the hotel so the booking can be sent (though the confirmation was sent to my email it was never sent to the hotel).
I have to pay more for my stay since the full amount I paid never reached the hotel.
Hotelbeds and rehlat both were contacted, the first never replied and the 2nd is prolonging the communication process instead of finding the solution to what I am put through. And calling customer services is useless as they give fake promises of returning back with a solution or having some one call back.
This is my 4th day in the hotel and I am still waiting for a solution from rehlat. Awaiting a proper professional solution.
In the future; I would never deal with Rehlat as it failed to be a trustworthy and professional organization that you can depend on in online transactions.

REFUND & ADMIN FEE SCAM Booking ID: *******
COK-DXB flight scheduled on April 2020, due to pandemic the flight was cancelled from airline end and still i am waiting for refund.
As flight was cancelled from airlines end, full refund was issued to rehlat, now rehlat is charging me aed 200 for admin charges for no reason, they havent given a proper support also, ticket value is just 378 and they are charging 200 admin charges... Now regarding the refund, rehlat is saying they will give as rehlat points as refund in bank account will take time. Its already 2 years and 2months, how much more time u guys want!, also AED 200 for admin charges for aed 378 ticket is really too much. I never recommend rehlat to anyone for booking tickets.
Maximum 10dhs discount we might get in rehlat, but it will create a 200dhs loss in the end!

We book a ticket going to Oman to this Rehlat, prior to getting a Visa, worth 1140. 60ae ( Two Return Tickets). We were not granted a visa on that day (Tuesday Feb 28) our flight supposed to be March 2. We requested them to change the flight to Sunday March 5 by calling them March 1, and says that we cannot change the flight date and we need to go and use our ticket, I said how can we go and use the ticket without the visa? If we don't do that we will be charge of no show and cannot be refunded the ticket. How can they do that? 'Write an email to them to cancel our tickets and this we got from them:

Go for Rehlat. Eventhough I wait for 2 years, I got the refund of my cancelled ticket. Ticket was cancelled due to covid lockdown, thanks Rehlat.
This is the worst app i have ever seen. Dont book ticket through rehlat. I booked a ticket for my mother in June and i cancelled the ticket by July. Airline refunded that money to rehlat and iam following up every day since July 2022 and they says that the amount will be refunded in 24hours.but now its november2022. There is no action. Irresponsible customer service as ever. ******* is my request number. I will tell my frnds also not to book ticket from rehlat. Please book from Almosafer and cleartrip, their services are very good and the refund also immediate.Rehlat is cheating customers by stealing their refund amounts. Their customer service agents are terrible and rude. All google reviews are related to fraudulence of refund amounts. Please dont use REHLAT. I willnot recommend this app to anyone ever. Why they cant refund my amount once they recieved it from Airline even after 5months? They have already deducted airline charges, rehlat charges, cancellation charges, other charges... I lost all my money and still they havent give me my remaining refund amount.I have made numerous calls and still no progress.Pathetic service. Dont ever use rehlat please.

Scam scam scam! I used this company Rehalt to book a flight my ID ******* it costed me around $250 i needed to flight ASAP, once i booked and the money was processed, the website showed that my trip was not confirmed (flight F*******) and that i had to wait till morning so the company confirms it, thought the flight was scheduled for that exact next morning and their browser showed that the flight is available and that i could book it. The next morning i was contacted by their agent and was said that i could not get that flight and proposed me another one but i had a very important meeting that, so i couldn't wait!
They apologised for their unprofessional service and emailed me that i can cancel for free and the full amount will be refunded within 20 working days, since it was their mistake!
They said it will take around 20 businesses days to refund, now 2 months passed and nothing. I tried to email them several times and i received always the same email; we are working on it…. I am running an online company as well! I know that such situations don't need that much time!
So i decided to check their reviews and i found out that in most of the cases, they don't refund the money. I will fight to get back what they promised, they could just say from the beginning that nothing will be refunded. As i said i am running an online company as well so i know exactly what to do and how to do the charge backs! It's important to know that they lose extra money when the banks or MasterCard/visa/American express, make the charge back! Whoever got scammed, write an official request to your banks, MasterCard and visa so they block them from charging other customers and help you getting your money back, especially if Rehalt promised a refund and mentioned the amount in an email. Let's make a collective claim.
Anyway Im getting attorney involved as well to take all legal actions against them.
