I trusted Rehlat and usually recommended friends to use their services because of the Karam and other offers. Till 17th September, 2019 when everything turned to be nightmare.
I booked a flight from Kochi to Dubai where my account was debited and didn't receive the flight ticket. When I raised the complaint, they sent an email that the transaction was unsuccessful and I should check with my bank regarding the payment. I decided to book the same flight, and they sent me a Flight Ticket with only the Booking ID, without the Ticket Number. At the checkin, the Ticket was rejected and I was requested to call back Rehlat to ask for the Ticket Number. I did so, till a Gentleman promised to send me an updated ticket as soon as possible. Within few minutes, i received a flight ticket with the Ticket ID, but the ticket mentions the same time when the first transaction was made. Literally the same time. I called the Customer Support Team, and chose to be supported in English, and always the lady that picked up seems to be speaking the language for the first time. I have sent a bunch of emails to Rehlat with lots of screenshots to prove that I was double charged for the same flight and no one is looking into the issue, neither am I receiving either the first or the last payment. Both Tickets were refundable, so I decided to totally cancel the flight as it was just a return ticket and has 3 months prior to it's departure, Rehlat team says they can't give me full refund, yet the flight fare I paid included Refund Protection service charge. (Whatsoever).
Am warning travelers and whoever that reads this before booking their flights, this is the worst online agency so far. Please better choose something else. Now I have a job of telling all my friends and family members that I recommended to Rehlat to stop using their services. I have already opened a case at the Dubai Airport Police Department since they made me miss my flight to Muscat just because I had to deal with their Unprofessional lady staff with a name that sounded like "Madina"

Worse travel company ever! I have used other travel companies in the past and I am aware of how they operate. I missed my flight due to insane traffic in Dubai. Despite checking in to my flight before, it was deemed a no show. I understood this was my fault and I was fully prepared to pay a penalty and get on the next flight. I spent hours, literally hours calling Rehlat to sort the issue. I received numerous automatic messages from them asking me to choose a new travel date but would immediately get a message back saying the case was closed. I was told there were fees associated with a changed flight and I was prepared to pay the fees but I never received an email with payment link (something they kept telling me I would get) finally in one of our last conversations I was told it would take 48 hours to receive a new payment email. At that point I had been waiting almost 20 hours from the time I missed my flight and I had very important business to handle in Dar Es Salaam. When I expressed how ridiculous it was the sales rep on the phone told me I should be grateful that she was trying to help. Those were here exact words. Be grateful for what? Your lackluster service and poor attempt at helping. I got the run around and no answers from anyone, even when I asked to speak to management. I'm paying almost the same amount in flight changes as I did for the flight AND you all arent even letting me pay or giving concrete information. No one has time to wait 48 hours and even after 48 hours I never received payment info. I sent several emails, spent a ton of credit calling Rehlat only to ultimately end up booking a whole new flight directly through the airline and paying for a new ticket. I knew the low rate Rehlat offered was too good to be true. It is such a shame that a travel agency in the Middle East which has so much potential lacks basic customer service skills and has shady business practices. At this point a refund or flight voucher seems impossible as all Rehlat knows how to do is send automatic emails, not respond to calls or customer feedback, and exhibit poor communication skills. I am so disappointed with my experience with Rehlat, I love giving recommendations as I travel a lot and have a large network of people who ask me about tips and companies to use. I would NEVER recommend Rehlat to anyone. Stick to the well known travel companies.

As a matter of fact, we are yet awaiting the approval from the airlines. It usually takes 15 - 20 working days for a Refund Application ( RA) to get approved by the airlines but due to the ongoing COVID issue, the timelines are changed. It can take upto 60 working days as per the update from the airlines.
However, we are in follow up with them and will keep you posted with the latest update from them.

Those who didn't get there refunds from last 60 days & more, please start lodge compalints to Dubai Chamber, Economic department in Consumer rights department, Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Gulf news, social medias etc, elsewise we will not get our refunds back & one day they will close there so called shop & will runaway.
I have received so many commitments even they have confirmed that carrier reimbursed my money before a month ago but Rahlet is not ready to release even they have started booking (looting) new customer.
Really it's painful to write like this or make a complaint against them bcuz might be lot of people questioned but due to their poorest services we wre helpless.
PLEASE DONT BOOK WITH RAHLET ANYTIME, BUY THE TICKETS FROM AIRLINES ATLEAST THEY ACCOMODATE NOT CHEAT LIKE RAHLET...

Booked my ticket in mid of Feb, 2020 with additional paid option "Cancel for any reason - Get Refund - No Questions asked", I cancelled my booking on 14/03/2020 & till date no refund received, sent several email reminders around more than 10-15 but only copy paste lollipops as funds (which is almost after 40% deduction means half amount) will take time (no one knows when) to reimburse even I have paid to my bank full unused ticket amount to save late fee charges on card but Rehlat they don't care.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER REALLY, Please do the needful ASAP elsewise we all have to knock the door of UAE ministries & as you are well aware they are very prompt/strict & might be you have to pay refund+compensation+fine as well, so kindly requesting you to handle everyone in a professional manner not treat us like animal.
Am so disappointed and would never recommend anyone to book with Rehlat either.
