Seriously, do not book with this company!
Payment was taken (confirmed by EmiratesNBD) but Rehlat continue to deny receipt of payment and maintain that it will take at least 48 hours to check with their team in India.
The customer service representatives continually hung up the phone on me and the supervisor refused to take my call!
This is the most awful experience I've ever had. Essentially, they've taken my money and that's it - no flight tickets, nothing... absolutely bizarre!
Please, please, please avoid this company like the plague!
