I booked a Hotel in Germany for my last summer vacation through Rehlat. On the day of the trip, I was notified by the hotel that the reservation had not been processed. The lodging fee had already been paid, but I had no choice but to spend the day outside trembling. I have not received a refund of the amount paid to this day, even 8 months after the incident. I sent an e-mail 8 times, but all I got back was a formal reply saying that I would take care of it soon. Guys, I really really beg you, please don't book anything through this company as it will steal your time and money.

Cancelled my Emirates ticket in September 2020 and have been following up ever since! Keep receiving the same response that the department "concerned" shall respond shortly! Really appalling experience with them and would strongly advise everyone to deal directly with airlines or other aggregators!

Its an amazing website for booking tickets. Although the customer support call centre keeps you on hold for 15-20 mins before answering the fares that they offer are cheaper than other websites. I had booked a ticket and wanted to cancel it and book another ticket. They said they will be refunding back the cash into my account within 2-3 weeks but it was done in merely just 5 days. I was a bit worried when i was going through the reviews mentioned by others but it was not the case with me. I give them 5 stars. Keep up the good work rehlat team.
I had raised a request to refund my canceled flight amount in oct'2020 month. Since oct I am waiting for the same but hard luck not yet processed and keeping followup with Rehlat but not getting any satisfactory response

We have done hotel reservation on 1st week of April 2023 (Booking ID - RAE*******) and they could not provide the service. Hence, we requested for refund on 4th April 2023 and they promised within 10-12 business days. Till now we didn't receive our money back.they keep says 24 hours of time to process, but still no progress.
Definitely will not use them again and I do not recommend anyone use their services.Absolutely the worst, even one star is a lot. I should have read the reviews before booking with them. We will never repeat the mistake again.
I wonder how come the management of this company does not take any actions.
They don't have any shame to repeat the same reasons when we are calling. Anyway, i am going to take legal action against Rehlat. These people wasting our time and won't even reply to the emails.

I can't begin to detail the story behind my experience with Rehlat! Not only are there response times to emails a joke given it's the travel industry, their inability to actually read a simple email is outstanding. Their constant promos indicate their poor business model, they have to lure unsuspecting customers in with discounts as they have no repeat customers. Skyscanner are a small bit more expensive but worth it. One word of advice don't waste your time with this company, you'll regret it and you'll end up spending more in the long run. Never again!

Please never book through this site. Worst customer service and highly unprofessional.If by any chance u need to cancel your ticket or ticket got cancelled, Rehlat company won't refund a penny. Everybody charges 40-50AED as convenience fees, but they charge hefty amount and in case of cancellation, equal the ticket amount which is very strange so that customer don't get any refund if ticket het cancelled. Kindly be very cautious before booking through Rehlat. Worst experience ever.
Tried to book my tickets, they cannot even do that but all they are good at is deducted money from the account. Facebook says typically answers in a minute but OMG seriously no hope. Past 23 minutes and counting, I am on waiting to speak with some one that too on a holiday, seriously! Your representatives are busy, yes customers will abuse for the poor service. I cancelled my ticket on 03 March Beirut-Riyadh-Beirut. More than one month calling them and they repeat the same reply, "We received the refunded money from MEA airlines and we sent an email to the finance and head office.
