They'll show the cheapest tickets once you paid the next day or couple of days after that before your actually flight or hotel booking they will send an email saying price hike you didn't pay for the insurance where in real there has not been any price hike (confirmed through the official page of the airlines and the hotels) they will say we will refund you the amount it's been more than 2 months now and they haven't refunded even after multiple calls and emails
I am very impressed with the services from REHLAT towards concerns raised by me. Customer delight team immediately got involved and resolved my problem in less than 2 working days and subsequently addressed the root cause to avoid future occurrence.

If I ever start a company that serves customers then I will use Rehlat as an example for how not to do operate. Seeing all these complaints and my own personal experience its safe to say this company is under very poor management. If you have avoided this company then you are very very lucky.
There customer support would promise to solve your issue in the next 48 something hours which would end up taking months and months to the point where you would give up hope -- thats when someone will wake up at Rehlat office and get on with accounts and resolve issues.

Thanks to Ms Candida and all the other team members who helped me in getting my refund back. I booked two tickets in Feb/March 2020, when flights were cancelled. One ticket was refunded with in few months. The other took time and it seemed as if i would never get it back but i got the refund last week. Its a new cool website with good promotions. I understand they are in the beginning stages but have done good work so far. Would be great if they add some long lasting loyalty points. Check the prices before you book on any other website, they are really competitive.

I booked 3 ticket on April 6-2020 in Emirates through Rehlat, but due to covid 19 travel restriction flight has been cancelled. I keep on requesting refund but every time they replying like this "We have not yet received the Refund Authorization from the airlines and we have been in continuous follow up with the Airlines. Please note that this process may take much longer than expected and we are sorry". My friend also booked Emirates ticket at that time from Emirates directly and he got refund 3 month before. It is almost 7 to 8 months i am requesting refund. All airline company and other travel agencies are started refund.It is very disappointing. Why they block people's money?

Finally, they have refunded the amount to rehlat wallet, they are saying I can use that amount for future bookings. I will book a flight ticket for next week. Hoping this time it will not get any disturb on my travel.

I booked the cheap flight from OAK to EWR (both way) with spirit airlines. You cannot have either a personal luggage. This information is not there so the comparison I made with all other tickets was not that true. So far my fault. I am not satisfied by the fact that they did the online check-in for the first trip without any bag, and for the second trip they did nothing and O could not find where I could do it. I had to add baggage at the airport that costs more.

I haven't received any refund for almost a year now, moreover they said there will be cancellation charges for the ticket during the pandemic as if its my fault that the ticket was cancelled.
I had also taken other tickets, from other agencies, to which i have already received refunds in full (without any cancellation charges).

Similar to some other reviews - I had of the "pay later " bookings where you pay a small deposit and there is a clear message - "full refund if cancelled prior to".
I had to make a change to the booking, tried to chat online, send an email, call the number for Australia (it is disconnected, albeit they still advertise it on the website)... Didn't get any traction. I then checked feedback - terrible across many consumer forums. So I decided to cancel in advance
I was then notified that noting will be refunded.
So I guess I should just take this hit (should have checked the consumer feedback prior to booking).
My challenge is that I have a second booking with them and I am now fretting if I should keep it (forum are full with terror stories of failed bookings last minute) or shall I accept another hit and forfeit the deposit?
BTW - I have contacted my bank and asked to raise a case.

I booked two tickets of jetairways to travel in June. Flight got cancelled and alternatively i booked seat through another airline. Even after a lapse of seven months I am not able to get my refund. The customer support is giving excuses that refund has not come. I will not advise anyone to buy through rehlat site as they easily wash their hands.
More than 8 Months and waiting for a refund on my 4 flight tickets purchased from rehlat.com, and directed by sky scanner.
Please don't ever use Rehlat.com, airlines have refunded many of my friends who got their flights cancelled a within a month of cancellation but through rehlat.com I am not able to receive a refund. All we get is an automated reply "We will get back to you soon" from 8 months. Please steer clear of rehlat.com.

Booking ID *******. Cancelled my ticket in Jun-20. Airline confirmed they refunded money to Rehlat on 10-Oct-20 but Rehlat comes with a new lie every day. At least twice they confirmed 'we are pleased to process your refund' but next week comes with new stupid excuse. Here they may again respond forwarded to department, will do on priority and blah blah. But they are professional paid liars. Keep your hard earned money away from these robbers please.

This is a complete fraud. I paid for a hotel through my credit card and had a confirmed booking. However, upon reaching the hotel, they denied me the room on the basis that Rehlat had never paid the hotel. More over, all their phone numbers were turned off. The only response you get from their instagram is to email them. A very well worked out elaborate fraud. Better stick to booking.com

They charge you erroneous fees and refuse to give you your rightful refund. Please file a dispute with your bank if you are in the same situation. Made a booking on 22 Feb 2023. The booking failed whereas they charged me the full amount of the booking. Then they called me to charge me a price difference. I refused. Now it's been 4 weeks waiting for refund. In spite of several email communications - no conclusion. I am worried that my money has been usurped by them without providing any service. Wonder where all can a complaint be raised to solve the issue.
I bought a flight from them. I paid the full price. They then told me a flight had not been purchased (?) and they'd try to get me one in the next few hours. I requested that we cancel the transaction and that I be reimbursed. They accepted, and then sent me an email saying the refund would be processed in the next SIX WEEKS! I emailed back to politely but firmly ask why it would take such an outrageous amount of time, and they stopped replying to my repeated messages. It's now been more than 6 weeks and they still have not refunded at the time of writing this review. This company is either a scam or a joke. Avoid at all costs.
