If I ever start a company that serves customers then I will use Rehlat as an example for how not to do operate. Seeing all these complaints and my own personal experience its safe to say this company is under very poor management. If you have avoided this company then you are very very lucky.

There customer support would promise to solve your issue in the next 48 something hours which would end up taking months and months to the point where you would give up hope -- thats when someone will wake up at Rehlat office and get on with accounts and resolve issues.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT use it until there is some major shift in the company

* Rehlat attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
