We originally booked 4 roundtrip tickets on Feb. 19,2021, for total AED *******. 80 (Booking ID: ******* & Request #*******). We have called hundreds of times requesting our refund back after all of our flights got cancelled from the airline's end and Rehlat said they were going to process our refund as they received airline refund approval. Rehlat emailed us saying "*******. 8 AED will be credited to your account within 60 days," but it is now February 20 of the NEXT YEAR now and they still have not sent us the money back and their customer service is the WORST. We call every day and all they do is lie about when they will contact us and when we will get the money back. They say they have "escalated" the matter, but in reality, they do nothing. They waste people's time and they also have stopped answering our emails, and we are tired and exhausted of their behavior and just want our full refund back. If they do not give it soon, we will pursue legal action.

On 12-July-2017 i made booking with is horrible company booking number(*******) to Manila on 22-July. The price was AED 943.58 for one way I made the payment then I received an email of the ticket but the date was change to 22-Aug. I took a snap shot of the screen and email it to the customer service. And this is their answer " If you wish to make the above date change the charges applicable would be 1370. 00 AED per passenger. Please note ** the fares shared are not guaranteed and are based on seats available with the airline."
Even though is their mistake and their system problem still they will not fix it and you will not get your money back. So i have to purchase another ticket from other agency for 1400 AED. Be careful stay away from the Rehlat.com. I called them many time a have sent them many email but no use they will keep you wait and wait and the price will go up everyday.

They Scam you into thinking that you are paying a cheaper price. Then they keep on asking for more money to the point that it would be more expensive than other companies. They never actually make any reservations. They just take your money and do nothing. They Do Not have special deals. When you finally ask for a refund. They Do Not give you a refund unless you dispute it with your credit card company which of course could take upto 3 months. They just charge and use your money. Do Not Trust this fraudulent company. Do not be as stupid as I was.

I missed my flight cause of a road accident, and cancelled my flight and I didn't get my money back, and the Rehlat agency says that my flight is not cancelled against the Turkish airline itself who has already cancelled my flight.

I cancelled a stay at the hotel, which is allowed as part of my booking and despite the fact that the cancellation and the right to a refund have been confirmed to me, I have been waiting for the money for about four months.
I have asked several times by email but they told me that they had a problem in the payment office.
I highly recommend not using this company.
I book a hotel via this scam website and after 2 days that I already paid, they emailed me and asked me to send them my passport photo. I didn't and called the hotel they said they can't accept that reservation. It's more than a month that I requested the refund and they still "investigating".

I book a flight from cairo to sharm el sheik on 29 June 22. After I pay with my credit card they cancel the fly. Until now I do not get back my money. They need 40 working days to give the money back the say. Never book over this company. Take care!
