I missed my flight cause of a road accident, and cancelled my flight and I didn't get my money back, and the Rehlat agency says that my flight is not cancelled against the Turkish airline itself who has already cancelled my flight.
I didn't receive any service from Rehlat to pay for it, so how to refund my money back?!
