Tried it once, as it showed lowest ticket price on price comparison search. Upon reaching their site, with introduced hidden fee which basically made it equal to others.
I paid using Debit card, and was debited. Then few days later I noticed email saying there is problem with my payment and I should call them. I confirmed it's not scam email but legit. I called and the guy on the phone was rude, talking to me like some ignorant person (I'm computer engineer!). I told him what happened and he asked me doubtingly "How come?". I told him I should be asking that question, as I'm reading their email right now. He kept insisting there is no such email and that everything is fine.
Eventually, everything was fine. But what was that email then? And what kind of support is that?

I have called them yesterday for changing date of my booking. The agent said I will be receiving email from them, same day. Unfortunately, no response.
I have called the number, no one is picking up the call. I need to book my international ticket immediately and get domestic ticket as well. And ticket prices are getting higher day by day and other schedules are fully booked. I hope they should respond, as what they promised. They said they are available 24/7.

Hello, It has been 1 year now and the refund is not processed. I sent several emails, visited your office in Kuwait, called the Customer Care but nothing yielded result. Airlines refunded the money to your account in July 2020 and still the money is not credited into your account.

Don't EVER BOOK THREW rehlat. They are scammers. We booked threw them and the motel refused our stay. So we contacted rehlat and they issued our refund. It's been 3 months. So I requested it get out in my wallet to go on and use it. They said it would be faster. They keep telling us 24 hours it's been 7 days. And still haven't got it. You will never get your refund. Like many others here I was not able to travel on my flight due to Covid 19.
Despite paying the extra insurance (with Rehlat)to cover any problems, despite Etihad providing refunds for those not able to travel due to Covid 19, I still do not have my refund from Rehlat!
After pointing out and cc Etihad Airways into my email that Etihad were providing refunds Rehlat conceded and 'processed' for a full refund on April 18 and told me the refund would be up to 4-5 working days... now we are over a month!
Now when I email and ask where my refund is I don't even get a reply from Rehlat... are they hiding? Do they think I will stop asking? Once Kuwait ministrys go back to work I will be lodging my complaint directly.
Forget Rehlat people, your money is safer direct with the airlines, even if it costs a little more to begin with.

I booked my Flight on 31st May 2023. Till date the didn't received refund since the booking was not confirmed from Rehlat side.
They are showing flight status is available after booked the flight they are informing booking is pending. Without confirming flight money is also deducted from account when I contact for the refund they told as per their policy they are saying you will get your full refund in 20 Days since my booking date is 31st May 2023 till date no refund, To get refund i am calling every alternate date to the customer care every time i am getting answers you will get response in 24 hours but no response after 24 hours or 48 Hours. They are not responding mail also.

I have booked a hotel. And I have my confirmation. However, I arrived to the hotel and I had to wait 6 hours because Rehlat has not confirmed with them. They were fully booked and they have not refunded my money yet it's been more than 10 days now. They weren't helpful at all. And now I'm thinking about a law suit against them since they gave me confirmation twice for the hotel that was fully booked. They lack professionalism. They won't even give me nice offers or refund my money since they made a huge error by giving me an invalid confirmation.

They literally scammed my family, selling us "business class" and issuing economy. The airline (Cathay) knew nothing about them and couldn't help. In the end, was offered refund ("we will waive the cancellation, but you should be charged." Wow. Thank you).
But by this time, alternatives had all gone up 20-40%. They ruined our holiday travel.
It took 2 months to sort this mess out. They never returned my calls, I must have chased them 10 times.

I have been trynig rehlat contact number since last 2 days and they just keep you on call machine for few minutes and abruptly disconnect it.
There is literally no means to reach the cusomter care though call. My flight has been cancelled by airline but rehlat as not even informed or cared about informing the cancellation to me.
Really a disappointing case, How I will be tortured for refund and other services is another question that is still unanswered.

Unreliable and untrustworthy. Very bad follow up and customer service. I filed my refund request due to COVID in March as my flight was scheduled in April. Yet it's been 5 months and I receive same replies like our finance team are looking into it. Some family members booked directly through the airlines and got refunded within 3 weeks!
There is no clear response or timeline of the refund just promises and delays.

I have done a more then 50 follow ups through mail and call and always been given an automated reply "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused due to delay in the refund process. We are checking with the concerned team, Once they update us we will let you know the same.". I have received more then 20 emails with same statement and only lies. I have been promised many time that the manager will call me within 24hrs but its all a big lie.

I booked ticket, thought it was cheaper but then it appeared the cash back karam can only be used 3% what a big scam! Customer service is like fish market, they dont really help you. Convenience fee of 150 ++? Ticket is cheap but they will all the charges somewhere else! What a cool way to get money from people.

So I booked a ticket for one of my employees and got charged twice for it. Upon trying to endlessly call and trying to reach them, nobody answered the customer service helpline. Finally ended up writing them an email using the platform on their website upon which I got a response from a person named Abdul Kareem who asked me to send them the credit card statement. Been three days since I've sent that along with following up with another email but no response so far.
The prices they mention on third-party websites are also misleading. Right at the time of paying for the ticket they'll add an extra charge which makes the ticket at par with any other website. Karam reward point system is another misleading feature, so all in all it's the last time that I've booked a ticket using this website.
