I cancelled my Ticket and Airlines immediately refunded to Rehlat but Rehlat fraudster so far not refunded to me the amount. Everytime I contact them they just make fake excuses, same copy paste emails, shameless!
This is fraud travel agent guys please beware of them, you will regret for your money and time.

Doggy site

This site is doggy, avoid it.
I booked a flight back in June from BNE to MEL. After 10 min I got an email that my flight had been cancled. After 3 months, I cloudn't get my money back. I called them more than 20 times. They lie every time that we will refund you but nothing has happened.

Fraudulent Practice

A fraudulent practice and damn care attitude. You will agree after reading this.
1. The commission for booking a ticket is very high and will not show until the last click for payment.
2. Booking shall be confirmed by email then will receive SMS saying booking failed and will ask to call customer care.
3. One customer care executive will talk to you and then make you hold for unlimited time.
4. Call again. And she explained the booking was not confirmed after booking. How did I receive email confirming the ticket! Dangerous... and she cut the phone I ask for justification.

I have 42 follow up email with Rehlat from last 7 months without any solution provided. I booked Indigo flight using Rehlat and they later refunded my complete amount to Rehlat in August 2020. When contacted Rehlat they are not at all refunding amount to me and no reply being given by its customer care executives. Pathetic booking application... I suggest never use Rehlat... looting money of their innocent customers

I demand from higher authority in Rehlat to immediately address my issue.

My booking ID is *******. I booked a rounded ticket. With 1 stop each. After 1 week they sent me an email telling me that there was no places and they gave me an alternative flight which was not suitable with the first flight. So i would reach my first stop after one day of my second one: s. That much was bad. Then they deducted money because i asked them to cancel it since its impossible to do it. After sending me an email i will get my refund after 20 to 30 days. After waiting 2 months still i didnt get my refund even though i am calling you everyday. And every day they tell me to wait 24 hours for my refund. Verrry bad service and super liars

Cheating to customer

Worst customer service; don't book with this rehlat; don't ever think to purchase in rehlat; i bought one ticket after deducting money from the bank after one way period; i receive message already paid money but we cannot confirm your ticket because of ticket become high price and you need to add 500 AED to get that ticket; no responsiblity: really bad website: i suggest not to book with rehlat for future guys

After many emails and phone calls, Rehlat replied before two weeks with the following:

This is the same statement that Rehlat used to send for any complaint, just to calm the person a bit. Now I sent follow-up emails and did many phone calls with Rehlat but nothing has happened. It is just another lie for stealing people's money. How come a simple refund process takes this long time! The intention is clear.

Any advice from anyone on how to follow this legally in Dubai?

Rehlat is cheating and mocking people. Big shame for such behavior. I raised the complaint that my refund was not processed for ticket ID: 20423 since one month and Rehlat replied with a stupid cliché as shown below. I called Rehlat several times with many follow-up emails enquiring on this refund but nobody has any clue on it. The employees share the same culture of cheating and fooling the customers. Amazing!
Can any sensible person from Rehlat respond to my enquiry with little honesty?

REHLAT is a Fraud and Scam website and company.
Please be aware from them.
Please don't purchase any ticket from them. They are fraud and issuing fake tickets and not issuing any refunds.
I have purchased the ticket of my family and due to covid flight restrictions, Saudi government had cancelled all the flights. Still Rehlat charged a huge amount of money in the name of service charges and 7 months have been passed and still they did not issue any refund amount even the ticket was refundable. They dont have any office in KSA to followup so please beware to purchase any ticket from them.

Got the spelling of my mothers name wrong when I booked my flight ticket with Rehlat. I called Rehlat customer care support to avoid the major problem before boarding the flight. Kaviya has answered my call and she was very helpful. She sorted straightway without dragging time.

I was trying to make a booking through their site for Oman Air. In the booking summary page, it says non-refundable. But when I am clicking the 'show more details' options it says cancellation fee is 130. I was confused and called their number. The poor guy wanted my booking ID or mobile number. I tried to convince him very clearly that I am yet to make a booking and wants to know the airlines policy for the cancellation BEFORE making the booking. Therefore, I DON'T have a booking ID yet. But he insisted that you give me the booking ID then only I can help. Finally, tired of convincing the guy, cancelled my call and there I am.

What a disaster for a beginner like Rehlat

I booked one night in Dubai on the 11th of March, I arrived at the hotel and did not find my booking. I called Rehlat and they asked me to wait in the lobby till they fix the situation. That was at 7 p.m.; I kept calling them every half an hour, and they asked me to wait in the lobby of the hotel. At 12 o'clock midnight, they called and said they cannot help me. Imagine a lady alone at midnight who has to carry my luggage and go and look for a free room in a foreign country. They promised to refund me in one week; it has been over a month, and they have not.

Rehlat. The worst website

In october 30,2022 I booked a ticket from Khartoum to Riyadh, and after completing the payment process, they asked me for an additional amount (the price of the ticket increased at the time of completing the payment process). I canceled it and asked for a refund. Until this moment (90 days Pasted) I have not received anything.

Therefore, I do not advise anyone to deal with Rehlat

I booked return ticket through the website, but one of the flight was cancelled. I called the company, they promised me full refund. However, after I received the refund offer, they tried charge me extra 25% of the return ticket.
While I was communicating with them through emails - most of my mails were simply ignored. If I received response, it never contained answers for questions that I asked (it seems almost like automatic response).
Explanation behind 25% extra charge was that they booked it on airline was ridiculous: 1. Some extra charges were "miscalculation" (without apology) and 2. That they booked it on airline as separate tickets, thus they need to charge me penalty for not canceled ticket. However, I am absolutely sure they didn't inform me about this before booking. Moreover, they didn't inform me about the prices of these 2 ticket, so I have no clue how they want to separate the price now. It's just ridiculous.

Good customer service

I booked one ticket from Rehlat and by mistake, It got cancelled but when i called to customer care. They listened my query, understood my situation and solved it in proper manner and provided me another ticket of same day on immediate basis.
This response is truly appreciable and i must suggest Rehlat for all.

We booked 2 nights in Kempinski Bali in October 2023 (700$). When we arrived, the hotel informed us that our agent (Rehlat) cancelled the reservations, we were left to are-book again with 1000$. And we never got our refund from Rehlat till now! We keep on contacting them via email, Instagram, ticket, but nothing. They won't even refund us the 700$ that we paid them! Do not use them, it is a scam, we are truing to take legal actions. They don't even bother t respond!

I was given a call back by Allan who explained everything and suggested a date change so that I do not lose alot of money. He was very help n patient explained the whole process to me. Rehlat should have more dedicated customer centric agents like Allan.

Still waiting for refund for nearly 3 months... despite of many follow ups call, emails, no result. The flight was from Kuwait to Tiruchirapalli on Jun 15th and date was changed thrice by Rehlat. Then Rehlat cancelled this special flight last Jul 16th and agreed to pay full refund since then nothing has been refund. Whenever I mail them for follow up, they ask for booking ID which was not provided in my case. Then they reply that they have forwarded to financial team and after that no reply from them since last month. Got fed up with the service.

Rehlat are SCAMMERS or FRAUD? They are not refunding my money SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS. I booked a ticket on 16th November 2022 and i got success email but the next day they sent me an email that i have to pay 420 more for confirmation of booking from their side. I told them i already paid full amount of ticket last night but why you are asking me for more money. Then i asked them to refund my money i did not need the ticket. Since then around 2 months are going to over they did not refund my amount. Some what it feels this company is scam or doing scams with people. I sent multiple emails and they infact do not respond to my emails now. I calls many time their customer service and they told me we will contact you but they do not contact again. Now since last 2 months they are only saying we send your complaint to our accounts department and i will get my refund but they do nothing only give these false excuses
