Rehlat is a total scam, they just took the money from the poor and stranded passengers in the name of Repatriation flights and didn't even give the tickets and the amount has not been refunded from 3 months.
Their customer care is really pathetic. Any cancellation or change requests take so much time that your flight would have already taken off by the time they respond. I have tried the email options and call options but the customer care always has the standard reply to wait for 24 hrs which never get over. By the time they respond either the rates would have gone so high or your flight would have taken off. Please abstain from booking in case you expect your travel plan to change by any chance

I really appreciate the concern shown by the Customer Delight team in resolving the issue post escalation in quick time and for their courteousness. Beware of Rehlat. They are scammers. I booked a flight with them and it was rescheduled. I wanted to cancel it and get refunded. They said they would charge taxes, convenience fees and admin fees. With a rescheduled flight you should get full refund. I had another bad experience with them before. They are thieves. Ali Baba
I completed a hotel booking and payment via Rehlat. The day before the reservation I received an email saying that my booking was cancelled due to teachnical error (with this spelling mistake that made me think it was a scam). I contacted the hotel and the reservation was cancelled. I haven't received a refund 12 days later.

They deserve 0. Booked the ticket on June for 2 hotels. The same day i was supposed to arrive in Palermo, they sent an email at 7 am stating that flight was cancelled.
Same happened 3 days when i was supposed to arrive in Catania. NB: i rebooked in the same hotel as there was still space. So why it has been cancelled in the same day while there was still available beds? Why on the last day?
Anyway the wors part is that i am chasing them since more than 2 months and they owe me more than 1.000 Euro and they have the same automatic reply: " Dear Estimated client... we will analyze it in 48 hours. You will get the refund in 48 hours..."
I have sent a claim to the Customer protection organism because this company is scandalous how can be online

Please have one of your customer service contact me. I just apply for refund to one of your customer service, he suddenly change his answer and stop contacting me, saying i need to go to the hotel again to use the voucher as the hotel reject to refund the fees.
But the hotel didnt respond to any of our communication to confirm this, whether they are agree we coould use the fully-paid-but-unused-voucher again or not.

Rehlat is one of the best travel booking site in the Region based on my personal recent experiences. I had a recent booking trough Rehlat and a modification thereafter. Believe me, they were the cheapest not only in the initial booking but also in case of modification charges. I found them cheaper even than the airline itself. Their staff is so swift and responsive that I did not have any hassle or worry about my bookings and modifications timings and costs.

Cancellation of the ticket on 19/01/2023 and then chasing Rehlat yielded no results for my refund hence I wrote to local authorities and received their support so Rehlat finally issued the refund and it got credited on 11/04/2023. I am thankful for my local authority.
I booked an air ticket on 18/01, flight was for 19/01 evening, till afternoon of 19/01 i did not received my ticket and hence had no option but to cancel the booking and wait for refund, since then chasing Rehlat regularly but they are the worst company and feel cheated by them as their customer service just tells over the phone that they are sending email to the finance team and manager, no action from this company, I have also reported about them to authorities, lets see when i receive my refund back.
