Their service is poor, unreliable hotel rates. Once you made the booking they will deduct the money on your account with failed booking. They will communicate through email, they ask additional money to proceed for booking and promised to send you the booking voucher, after a couple a hour you will not hear anything from them until you will contact them, and on my dismay, they said i need to add more charges to proceed. They will make the price cheap as bait to book on their site, once booked they will asked more money to confirm you booking. Never trust this website. My holiday was destroyed, i supposed to have out of town trip for long weekend, but rehlat hold my money to iniate my next booking.

Confirmation mail received from rehlat after cancellation of flight by airlines stating refund process shall be after 60 days through confirmation by mail. I had some unexpected circumstances that forced me to change my flight reservation many times, nevertheless, the Rehlat team replied to all my emails and calls and helped me to change flight date several times till finally things worked out and I had a safe flight back.

I booked a holiday with the Rehlat service and then cancelled the holiday.
Then I received the following:

Please be informed that your Hotel Booking (RGL*******), has been cancelled and so full refund will be processed with in 24- 48 hrs and the amount of 3464. 540 EUR will be credited to your account in 15-20 days in accordance with your bank policy & procedures. If you do not receive the refund, please reach out to us at earliest in order we can investigate the same for you and help you with your refund."
Rehlat said they would reimburse it as it was in the cancellation policy and they never did after 2 months. This is a scam. Never book with Rehlat this is purely stealing money.

I was very patient with the company, I had a ticket with them since Feb 2020 and I was suppose to fly April. It's been more than a year, I requested a refund and they are keep saying for months they contacted the airline and I have to wait. Never trust in this company, they are cheaters and bull$#*!ters.

Since the past 4 months, I'm waiting to receive my refund from Rehlat. However, every time I contact them, I receive the same reply. I'm frustrated to have received 22 emails from Rehlat's team with the same stereotype response for processing my refund from the last 4 months. Stay away from this website. I have made a hotel reservation in March for a November trip. Fifteen days before the trip, they decided to cancel the reservation. If I had not called the hotel to confirm, I would have arrived at the location with no room. When I called for some solution, they just said the system had a glitch, and my booking was canceled; no solution, no options, and no manager to talk to—a very unreliable website. Save yourself from a headache.
This company is a fraudulent agency. They charged me 120 Euros for a hotel booking but did not make the booking. After charging my credit card, I was informed the reservation was not made as the price had increased and if I wanted to continue with the reservation I would have to pay 76 Euros more. It is to be noted that this is illegal as the contract was formed as soon as I paid the price offered and my credit card was charged. However, they took the payment but refused the reservation. I have followed 15 times in the last 3 weeks to demand my payment return but they do not even respond to my emails. I shall be taking this to the e-commerce customer regulator as an aggriveed customer and lawyer.
First they charge the whole amount from my credit card in the morning and later in the night they paid the supplier payment from my card without my permission. They said that due to technical issue they did like that and it will refund within 24 hours. Banks and this rehlat fooling us.

Have a hotel booking via Rehlat and paid CAD520.227, Rehlat can't book the hotel for me but don't refund, called the Canada office hotline *******925 everyday but nobody picks up, sent email to request for refund and they keep telling me the refund is in high priority but without any actions.
I had the same situation as most of the customer experience with this travel agency. It was more than 90 days now and still i did not get my refund. They keep sending me the same reason. I filed a complaint on Dubai Tourism online complaint but they told me that since this company is base in Kuwait i must complain thru Kuwait government that handle this kind of situation.
On my research it was Kuwait Government online Air Transport handle this situation.
I made a complain already and hoping for a good result.
It is sad that during this Pandemic when people lacking financially and there are this kind of company giving a burden to us.
