I was in a deep trouble regarding rescheduling of my flight but Rehlat team and their representatives kept me updated on every occassion and Rehlat team followed up very closely with the airline. I am frequent flyer but never seen such a cooperative team as i have been using different travel services but in my opinion Rehlat is more affordable and most cooperative team in Gulf region. Very well done Mr. Chandra and Mr. Shaik and other team members,,, I am really thankful to you.
Rehlat is scammed. They are deducing money from credit and debit cards without issuing tickets.and you will not get back these mony. So please be aware these scammed online trave agencies. One of my friend is preparing legal case against rehlat. He will be submitting by next week to dubai police. Requesting customer to dont use credit or debit card on rehlat website because they are saving your credit debit cards information and automatically deducting money from your accounts. So be aware from these scammer.

Booking ID - *******. The ticket was canceled during the pandemic time. My money got stuck with you guys for more than 2 years. A lot of conversations happened over mail and calls and promised to refund but never happened. Every time I call customer care they say we have forwarded to the concerned department and you will be getting mail. But I don't see any reply from them. Every time I call them, they say the same dialogues. They do not even reply to the mail, atleast no basic professional ethics.

The address of the hotel and the telephone number was fraudulent. I went to the address provided in the booking to find that there was only one jw marriot and that was in the business bay and there was no booking by my name. I went to the business bay hotel and was told that there was no booking in my name. I called the number given in the booking voucher and that was for jw marriot business bay. Thus it seems like a fraud where the website provides a non-existent hotel and the number of a top 5* hotel. I was on the road with my luggage and having spent 300 dhirams on taxi and the value of harassment cannot be quantified just with money. I am filing a complaint with the relevant authorities. Just look at the booking and if you are able to locate the hotel let me know.

Scam comany. Not a real one, employees work from home, have no offices to complain to. I have had two problems with them, first on booking they didn't confirm reservation *******, although the money was taken from my card then i asked for a refund and i call them nearlly everyday and i hear a new lie everyday from them about my refund for more than one month. They are real thieves not a real company.

It has been 4 months now and multiple of messages have been sent and even international calls have been done. Their agent assured me of solving it in 2_3 days, however it has been 4 months and not a single Riyal refunded to me! Unbelievable, highly unappreciated and un professional at all!
And the problem hasn't resolved till now.
So far there is no acceptable way for all this delay. I'm actually pissed off and 'm on my way to write reviews about this on all concerned websites like TripAdvisor, Trustpilot and social media regarding this. Trust me this is the last time I'm gonna deal with you ever.

I booked a hotel through Rehalt and when I showed up for my reservation, I was told that there was nothing booked under my name. I am still working on disputing this charge with my credit card company. Stick with a well known and reputable third party booking website.
I had a bad experience after booking the flight with Rehlat in Oct'2021 but now have received my refund after 6 months, Would appreciate that team took time but have looked into issue and gave my money back.
Would rate them 5 STAR rating ever after 6 months duration they cared about their customers

I cancelled my booking nearly over a month ago was advised I would receive a refund in 10-15 business days and I still do not have my money back. I need this resolved as soon as possible as I am relying on this money!

This is a complaint message I post here after I found that rehlat has scammed me and there is no way to return my money - I will ensure to post my feedback everywhere possible to notify potential victim customers to avoid falling in the same trap.
I have just made a booking with the reference ID 810775 to Rome, Italy via Skyscanner.ae using Rehlat as an option of booking as you showed competitive price.
The price of the ticket showed before I pay around 3400 AED and once I clicked pay suddenly the number changed to around 3600 AED.
When I got back to the payment details I discovered that there has been a hidden charge called convenience charge of around 200 AED that has not been disclosed on the website before I pay.
When I contacted the customer service, the answer was "We are sorry but the prices change over the time." However the increase was clearly because of the hidden charge not the price change.
Rehlat took an advance payment of a hotel room reservation from me. When I changed my mind and canceled my reservation, the advance payment was not returned to me, despite my repeated reminders about it. This is a misappropriation of my money! These are gangster methods!

I book in this website 1 mos before and 3 days before my check in they called me and saying theres additional charges which pushes into my limit to cancel my reservation and asking a full refund. Refund until now is not given for almos 1/2 year now. This website is not recommendable.
My ticket was not booked after I made payment and I received an e-mail confirming inability to book the ticket as it was sold out. I had to call Rehlat call centre, they were such patient and listened carefully to my complaint, acted at once and I got a call from the main centre customer support within few minutes addressing the issue which was solved after 10-15 minutes, and mt ticket was issued and sent by e-mail. Ne carrefull scam, they refuse your reservation at the payment and they still debit the money. They promise a refund after discussion and we don't see anything coming... Still nothing from them to date (attempted reservation in mid-June). If you threaten them they don't respond to email either.
