Rehlat are scammers.
I reserved a hotel with them (RGL*******) a month prior my stay and received an email the day I was separting to Rome. They said it was a technical issue and asked me to pay additional cost. I did so and 10 mins later they asked for even more money saying that the prices of bookings change very quickly. I did not fall for that and requested a refund. I have been waiting for the refund for over a month. I exchange emails with them everyday, and all I am asked is to wait/ that they deal with my issue on high priority /that they cannot proceed with the refund due to payment gateway issues (What that even is?) and all other kinds of emails which make me even more furious. I will never ever use them to book a hotel. Stay away from Rehlat!
Bookings cancelled and they ask for more money.
There seems to be theme with this company. They cancel the booking and will ask you to rebook at a higher price. When you refuse, they will offer a refund. Like many, I have been waiting almost a year for the refund. They always write the same reply "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. This is to inform our finance department is working on the request and the refund receipt will be shared very shortly."
I have spoken to them on the phone and its always the same. That will pass the matter on to the team that deals with refunds. I no longer expect the refund and I am fully aware that they are SCAMMERS
The booking was not final even after payment as they requested more money.
I cancelled the booking as I didnt want to pay more than what the website showed. Many months later, no refund.
I contacted them 10 times and still no refund. They said I cannot complain as they dont have a complaints procedure.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. You will lose your money like I did.
We booked hotel and paid in full, we checked with hotel it was booked. We flew 4 hours arrived at our hotel to find rehlat had cancelled our hotel. They are not answering calls or emails, we had to find somewhere to sleep, nearly 4 days and they have ignored us. Will never use them again, book with reputable company, not rehlet.

I tried to reserve a hotel through Rehlat and was immediately sent an email stating that my booking had failed, but they had received my payment.
The email also stated they would try and rebook the hotel within 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes I tried to confirm my reservation with the hotel and there was none and they were actually already fully booked so there was no chance of staying there the indicated night.
I wrote back immediately to their "help" email to refund my money or I would ask my bank to do a charge back. This opened up a ticket request that no one has replied to and a bunch of contact numbers to countries in the Middle East.
I'll give them a day make it right, but based on other reviews I shouldn't hold my breath for this "help" chat to respond. I've already contacted my bank to begin the chargeback process.
Booked accommodations with them and paid cash. Upon arrival at the hotel I was told it was canceled a day ago. I struggled to get the refund until I requested my bank to reverse the payment. I will never use them again.

The worst company in the history of mankind.
They have agreed to process the refund after 1 months of follow up and after constant email reminders,.After they agreed, 2 months have passed (Now at 16th reminder email) and even copying their CEO, CFO, no action.
I thought at least the management will have a little shame in seeing their company having such negative reviews but apparently they don't even care.

You book at low rate, then they won't issue the ticket on spot but after couple of hours will ask you a fake question to delay issue the ticket, then say sorry you have to pay an additional fee 9 BHD per person as the rate increased… and finally wait three months to get your money back…

I have seen a lot of negative reviews about Rehlat. I have used them to book a flight for the 1st time and have been pleased with the response and the service.
The travel agency is a cut throat business and before booking I suggest everyone reads the Ts and Cs carefully. It is more difficult to process a refund or a cancellation through an agency. The agency will offer you extra expenses to cover these eventualities. If you decide not to take them then you cannot expect the refund or cancellation. If you book directly with the airline or hotel you will get a better cancellation or refund service BUT you will pay for it at the outset. Understand that cheaper prices come with less frills and extras. There's no magic formula. You pay your price and you take your risk.
Good work Rehlat, a simple easy to understand bookign process with no hidden extras. (well not really really hidden)

Booked with them got no tkt after 15 mins got an email saying that sorry we cannot book this flight and we will refund you within a week... its been nearly two months now... after 100s of emails, messages, chats and phone calls... no response... they are asking me to wait... just to revert my amount they are keeping me waiting for two months... I wish someone tell me how to sue this company i have all the evidence and promises they made...

I tried to reach rehlat.com again as my booking no *******was a no show because of the person in dubai whom I had entrusted with giving me another ticket with changed dates but he was unable to do that. I was surprised the customer service just said nothing can be done and hung up the phone even as I requested them if they could partly refund me some amount or arrange another ticket even one way to dubai but nothing
They are cheaters and big fraudsters and scammers so please avoid rehlat even if they offer you free tickets. I am more disturbed because they are so bloody unprofessional even I did not board the flight not even one fellow from rehlat bothered to call me or ask me abt my no show as I had a return ticket Salam air 1700riyals I paid they are bunch of hooligans and criminals I think

I had written a previous review for rehlat which I want delete now.
I had a very bad experience with rehlat I had booked a ticket from Doha to dubai booking no 979090 to attend a course on Feb 28 and return 2 March Salam air.
For some unavoidable reasons the course dates were changed and the person in charge for course there in dubai told me he ll get my dates changed with rehlat.
He was told that not to worry new dates will be given for a fee. For some reason my tickets were not cancelled and post dated I did not even board the flight Salam air scheduled for dubai on 28 Feb. But no one from rehlat called me to ask me why there was a no show or they can help to refund me partial payment or give me new dates as I was not able to board the flight not cause of my mistake.
Worst shit management ever plse do not deal with dem. I'll never book again with these people totally unprofessional and unreliable service. I lost 1700qatari riyals with these shit management
Recently, I have booked a flight to Dubai from Kuwait City. I really liked the deals which they offered and the top of it I paid in AED unlike other where I have to take pain of changing currency. I even received cashback for my flight booking. Thanks to Rehlats customer support, they answered me when I asked about baggage. The best travel company Ive ever seen because no other sites bother to answer this. It builds a good customer relationship with its quick and friendly responses.

Extremely poor customer service and lack of response. I have more AED 320 sitting in their karam account which i would like to redeem against my booking, i have checked all conditions and are all valid, however after calling them, emailing them 5 times, i dont have a response or clarity why so. I tried speaking to their manager in their call center, after being asked to wait for 10mins, he/she hung up the call without talking to me! I dont think their call center staff even understand proper english! Never doing business with them again.

I booked a return flight but had covid so I tried to change the ticket, they first tried to charge me 2x the ticket value to change and then we agreed on 650$, they took my money and then immediately emailed me back and told me they could not make the change and that I would be refunded in 15-20 days. No refund was given and they stopped replying to my emails. They have no contact number that works.
They basically just took my 650$ for nothing and wont refund the money.

Until the final page, they claim some different amount and at the end when you put your card details they charge AED 30-40 AED extra without any notice and when you call their customer care executives they just beat around the bush and are not ready to listen.

Made a booking for my wife from Abu Dhabi to Islamabad only to realize that the date i had booked was beyond the deadline for my wife's immigration exit from UAE. Contacted the helpline through email, within 2 hours i got a callback from their customer service and within 3 hours the booking was cancelled, amount refunded to rehlat wallet( karam) without any deductions for cancellation and a new booking (on a different airline btw) was made which proceeded smoothly. Their customer service agent Mr. Hafeez sheik was very professional and helpful throughout and there were no hiccups in payment processing for both the bookings. So all in all this is a very good start and my next booking will be through rehlat as well. I hope they keep up this level of service.

I am updating my review as requested by Rehlat. Anyways I got my refund but not as committed. For delaying I requested them to pay my full ticket amount but they refunded 100 riyals less than that what they committed.
Rehlat failed to notify the schedule of proponed flight & passenger missed the flight last year. Till today I am requesting the refund. They are taking call every time but no refund till now. The Worst service.
