The scammed me don't recommend going through them for any bookings lost 506$ on flight tickets through these bums & when I emailed support they emailed back but when I told them what happen they never emailed again

I bought 2 plane tickets on their site. They sent first an E-ticket booking confirmation (with a PNR number), then another email with a discount of a certain amount. A few days later I found that a higher amount was taken from my account. The discount was therefore an extra fee. By doing a search on the evaluation sites, I am convinced that several people have been victims of scams by this company. I called the airline and they told me that the the tickets were booked then canceled even though I did not receive any cancellation notice. I called Rehlat and they confirmed the cancellation due to a technical payment problem and they promised to refund me all the money. I called several times and there are only promises of refunds but still nothing.
Please report these scammers via econsumer.gov.
At first they will inform you that the ticket is confirmed but after they got the money they will tell you that the ticket is still unconfirmed from the airline. Then you have to wait for 3 to 4 working days to get the refund. They are really fraud. I have to keep calling them until now they did not refund my money back to my account. The big and real spammers.
I used to book my flights with Rehlat.com, it's my favorite site, and I usually benefit from their coupons and their Karam discount system.One day, there was a problem with my payment, I quickly communicate with the customer service center and they responded to me very quickly, and In less than 5 minutes the problem was resolved as best as possible. A second time, I wanted to change the date of my flight, and they also responded to my email very quickly and I was able to get my flight changed without any problems with the airline company.

After booking flight tickets using Rehlat, after payment ticket not confirmed and they asked to pay double the amount which is highter than in actual airline charge, so i cancelled and asked them in written to refund in the same card. Booking was done with free cancelation.
I have contacted them prior to the cancelation and they have confirmed the money will be refounded in 20 business days. It has been more than 2 months since and no refound was issued. I have contacted them more than 15 times by phone and their only answer "please wait.asap", "our financials will contact you within 24 hours" but nothing happen at all!
I hope Dubai police is only the way to return the money. Rehlat doesnt respect the customers at all!

I have booked tickets from rehlat.com on 12/06/2019 and the amount has been debited at the same time. I got the confirmed ticket within a couple of minutes.
Today i got a message and email mentioning that ticket confirmation is pending, do not rebook.
Once i called customer care in the early morning they said the problem with AIRINDIA flight there is a chance to cancel.the travel consultant operations will be contacted.
After some time i got a mail that i need to pay another 130 AED more for the confirmation of the ticket.
When i called the customer care one lady name ms. Gina informed like if you don't want just cancel it will take another one week to credit back orelse pay 130 AED more.
In the last moment they are trying to loot us. this is the first and last time with this cheaters.

It is clear from the reviews that what happened to me has happened to others. My hotel booking was canceled by Rehlat a day before I arrived at the hotel. I only found out from the hotel reception that this is what happened. The cancelation was not communicated to me from Rehlat and no refund was offered. I tried communicating with them several times by email and phone.
I received an apology and confirmation that my refund will be processed in two weeks. Three months later no refund and no further response to my query.
I think one star is too generous, I working hard to bring this to the attention of the authorities.

1. Booked one hotel 3 months ago. When i tried to check in, i found that it was cancelled! OMG, it is still confirmed in my booking in the website. And NO EMAIL OR NO CALL TO TELL me it was cancelled. TERRIBLE

Every time I booked with Rehlat, which happens more than three times a week, I always feel safe and satisfied as they always reach out and give feedback/ response to my emails in a swift manner.
Whenever I needed some changes of my flight and refunds they respond right away.
I will always recommend booking in Rehlat since you'll get discounts through their coupon code and KARAM points which are really beneficial.

You may see many paid add of rehlat in google or You tube. You may think this is a big company. I also think that and I got cheated in the time of pandemic of COVID-19. I booked my flight for repatriation kuwait to Ahmedabad for 15 june. I made booking on 9th of june. Till 15th they have not confirmed my booking neither given me ticket or payment invoice. On 15th they switch of their customer care number.
If the booking has not been done they should refund my payment but they are saying that booking has been done but flight ticket will be only given before 24 hr of journey.
In this case they should issue me a ticket on 14 june for 15 june flight but no; I still not received any ticket from rehlat.
I request to my friends; if you have excess money donate to the needy one but don't waste your money on making booking on rehlat because they are very serious about keeping your money as long as they can.

On 23rd march 2020 in the first email they told me that my refund we will credit within 15-18 working days, then after 15 days i gain call to rehlat they told me that as *******@gulfair this will take 30-60 days and the they cut my 25 kwd as a cancellation charge. Scammers whenever I call to get a refund they say ok we will contact the specialized team and you will get a answer in 24h... today is the 8th time I call them and they say the same thing and I sent tens of emails... avoid them at any cost they cancelled the flight last minute... first of all they said we will deduct 250 SAR for admin fees then a month later they said we will deduct 650 SAR and i have attached the emails
It's really sad the situation that I'm going through with Rehlat. I'm reaching them every 10 days, being calm and relaxed but they work on the issues that costumers report them.
On the 15th of April I booked 2 nights for 2 persons in an hotel in Bordeaux, which was not confirmed. They didn't told me why and after I send an email they just told me I was requested to pay more because that price was no longer available. I refused to pay more and said to cancel and refund me (even if I could complete the reservation successfully it was fully refundable, allegedly!).
After several emails where they tell me that are going to share with their financial department and request priority, there's no refund at all. I just reached the bank and even they are trying to contact Rehlat with no feedback at all!
This is not a trustable website, and their employees are not trustable as well, once they process you things that don't know!
The refund issue was resolved with the help of "Sravani" especially thanks within 24 hours of my complaint she resolved it for me. Before my refund was pending for one month.

I booked a 2 ways flight to Qatar and received the confirmed e-ticket.
My first way was ok. When I had to return, I found out in the airport that I have no booking and in the System it shows that the return flight was cancelled by Rehlat after 3 days I bought and received confirmation of the ticket.
Of course no one informed me Pior reaching the airport that my ticket was canceled.
