It's almost 3months since, I cancelled my flight ticket yet I haven't been refunded. 2 weeks ago I was told the money has been credited to my account only to find nothing! I booked a ticket with wrong name. I tried cancelling the same immediately but could not process as it was a budjet flight. However i booked another ticket in same airline through rehlat itself. The rehlat representative was too helpful and got me 50% refund within 24 hours despite i issued a non refundable ticket in jazeera( Kuwait-dubai-Kuwait). But this happened in my latest booking done on 19 feb. Before that the srvice was par. But the latest booking, The represetative Mr. Naseer was too good and helpful. He replied to each email in 5-10 minutes time. Good Job

I have been contacting them since February 2020 for a ticket refund (Booking ID: *******) as my flight was cancelled due to COVID. I have kept calling and writing to their « Help » email address but now 2 years later they still did not refund my 3,000AED ticket. They are not providing any response. Even while contacting their Managing Director and Head of Customer service on LinkedIn they did not pursue any help.
If you please have their legal contact share it with me as I am in process to open a case against Rehlat in the UAE and Kuwait.

It's been 2 years now but still not yet recieved my ticket refund. Last 6 days i recieved an email that 4 to 5 days my refund will be credited to my account ands i tried to coordinate with my bank but still not credited.
Recently I made a hotel booking in Rehlat.com for B and B basis. Eventhough I selected B and B option, same price was comfimed but booking type shown as room only in the confirmation email.
When I contacted Rehalt customer service they refused to change the booking as of the actual listing on the Internet. When I requested to cancel the booking they have said booking fee is non refundable, even though the listing clearly mentioned cancellation was Full refundable.

I am a very frequent traveler, I book a hotel with free cancelation. 2 Hours later, I tried to canceled the booking to find out I have to pay half the booking cost in cancelation fee.
On further enquiry the agents tell me that well I was eligible for a free refund the Midnight BEFORE I booked the ticket. WHAT?
SO the way their refund policy is advertised (and I am sure many people are getting stung by it), you are eligible for a free refund till the time you actually book with them. After the booking you are s$@# out of luck.
Save your self the headache, don't book with them.
Record your conversation with them, if you have the misfortune to talk to customer service. Help to hear the level they going stoop to swindle you.

This is the worst hotel booking experience we have ever had! We booked a family room for five persons three adults and two children in Sea life hotel antalya. We called the hotel two days before the flight to make sure they got our reservation and we sent an email to make sure everything went correctly as our flight arrives at 1:40 am and we're really tired. Unfortunately the hotel didn't reply to the email and we had the confirmed reservation from rehalat.
Arrived to the hotel last night to find the reservation in a standard not family room only enough for three persons!
No ither rooms were available and they had no idea that there are two children even though we mentioned their age on rehlat!
We ended staying awake all night for the kids to sleep.
Now we have to pay more to upgrade our room into family room!

1) Response to Internet Reviews seriously - credit to REHLAT Customer Service Delight's representative named Candida for her efforts reaching me and clarification related to my issues. She is polite and set good example for being a responsible support.
2) Refund received 1-week after ticket cancellation. For my case, penalty still being charged as booking with airline already confirmed.
These are however the risks when booking with REHLAT:
1) Confusing travel route and travel time in website Rehlat.ae - please upgrade for user-friendliness.
2) Timely support service system - any help via email will only reach you soonest 24 hours.
3) Booked ticket from website not readily available like when you book directly via airlines's online booking.
4) You are commited to be charged with cancellation fees when the ticket is not available and should you do not agree with the alternative dates/routes.
Issue solved with penalty fees.

I paid for a flight online with this site. A few minutes later I recieved an email saying that my flight could not be confirmed. But my money was still taken. It takes 25 business days for them to refund money according to them. Constumer services isnt very helpful at all. Im still waiting for my money. I've tried to call them three times and each time they either couldn't set the date to the right date from the 6th to the 2nd and make my check out for that Saturday I asked them for but they couldn't do anything at all because the system had to get rebooted and a call back in an hour and another hour. Rehat took double the ticket fare off me & didnt issue the ticket for hours. I therefore assumed they were fraudulent & bought another ticket. Later when they finally issued a ticket I asked for a refund which they promised me. Never heard from them again. Should be shut down. Scammers. RUN! I
On 29th August I did a reservation and realised that was the wrong hotel so I cancelled it immediately. According to the refund policy, the refund should happen between 24h to 48h. It has been over 3 weeks and they keep saying they are processing my refund! Just a bunch of scammers and robbers.

I bought a ticket through them, and paid an extra money as a flexible ticket. Later they refused to change date and time, otherwise i need to pay an extra 54 pounds... they refused cancelation or refund...
I was badly mislead by them...they simply dont care once they sold the ticket.

Hi i made a booking via booking id ******* round trip from dubai to lahore via muscat from 04 jan 2019 to 18 jan 2018. My payment deducted from bank same day. And i was away so couldnot check my email. Rehlat didnt get payment and they cancelled my booking. When i called bank they said your payment has been successfully transferred but merchant didnt collect it. I was relaxed that i have booked my flight. I took leave from office as well and it is very urgent for me to visit pakistan. Now bank is not releasing money rehlat cancelled my booking and flight fares has also increased. This is the first ever personal experience I am sharing with you all guys! Recently, I booked my flight bookings through Rehlat.com for the first time. I am throughly impressed with the customer support as I never find any difficulty while booking my flight tickets. Right from the intial step to the final step, Rehlat's Customer support helped me alot. And I got tickets with in few seconds of my payment. Rehlat makes the flight journey a pleasent and unmemorable.

Despite my numerous attempts to seek resolution and the company's promise of a refund within 20 working days, it has now been over 11 months since the initial payment was made, and I have yet to receive any refund or satisfactory response from the company.
I made a payment for a flight ticket to Rehlat back in May 2023 and immediately requested a refund upon discovering the deduction from my account despite an email confirming the flights were not available. I was assured by your customer service representatives that the refund would be processed within 20 working days. However, it is now the beginning of April, and I have still not received any communication or refund from the company.
I have called the service line multiple times, enduring long wait times and receiving the same empty promises that the refund is being processed. This lack of transparency and failure to provide a resolution is beyond frustrating and unacceptable.
