It's now 3-months that I am waiting for a refund from Rehlat.com for a flight, which has been cancelled by the Airline. I was promised 25 to 30 Days in April and since then, there is no sign of refund. My sincere advise is to book directly with the airline or through a travel agent. Rehalt taking 39KWD as convenient charge per ticket, stupid and fraud agent. I booked my ticket with Etihad airways.

I have canceled the flight on 25th of march 2020 due to covid19 pandemic sinch then i have been following up for my refund. There is no proper answer from any of their customer service executives they just trying to fool you by blaming someone for the delay. The worse part is their email support team. If you ask anything they will just revert you a same autogenerated email which is more frustrating. I have been waiting for my refund since 2 months and now i feel helpless to get my money back. So however is suffering from same situation please file a case on consumer court UAE and write your experience on rehlat social media pages so that people will aware of there fraud.

Very, very, very disappointing experience with Rehlat! Beware – this company feels like a complete scam. I booked a hotel through them and faced immense challenges from the get-go. Upon reaching the hotel, I was left stranded, forcing me to send 5 emails and make 8 desperate calls to their customer service - all of which were met with generic, unhelpful responses or, worse, silence.
I was left waiting at the hotel for an excruciating 5 hours. Left with no choice, I had to make a direct booking with the hotel just to secure a stay for the night. The pinnacle of their incompetence was a message the next day afternoon – after my stay date – casually mentioning that my booking was cancelled.
Now, a month after this fiasco, not only have they failed to process the promised refund, but they've also gone radio silent, with zero updates through email or phone. This isn't just bad customer service; it's a complete disregard for their clients. Anyone considering their services, please think twice. The stress, financial loss, and utter lack of responsibility from Rehlat's side have been staggering

Guys Please Please don't ever book any Tickets from REHLAT ONLINE. They are very tricky and just doing unethical travelling business. First they will deduct your money and send one email stating "Ticket Confirmed". Next day they will send an email saying your ticket booking is not confirmed, and force you to pay the difference amount (Big difference)to confirm the ticket or refund. I have waited 5 days to get Refund and Because of them Now I have to take a Long route flight to reach my destination by shortening my leave for 1 day. I will report this to the Top management of Rehlat and make sure that they will take stringent action against their Ineptitude Staff.

On 08.11.2018 I made a booking and at the time of entering credit card number, the amount shown was 6687. 37 EGP but I got a message from the bank that they deducted 6,978.51 EGP. Then they sent me an email saying that my ticket is pending confirmation from the airlines, but an hour later they said that I have to pay an extra of 300 AED to complete my booking so I decided to cancel the booking due to the price difference and asked for refund and until 22.11.2018 they did not process the refund and after several emails they confirmed the refund by 22.11.2018 but until today 03.12.2018 the amount never arrived in my account. And I sent several emails and got nothing from them. They are thieves never book with them.

I have bought 1 tickets and it was canceled by Rehlat and befor 3months I have not received the refund and eveytime you asked they said " we are having a technical problem web, please call on 1 hour" that's fraud. I believe the bast way to solve this issue is to report in the your local bank and center bank and that what I did even thought they said it would take 24 hrs but report it. This site cheat people. I booked for 550aed worth of ticket. I request to cancel the ticket few minutes after i booked it. Now they are telling me theres a cancellation fee of 450aed. Can't believe how they afford to cheat people. BTW the ticket is refundable.

I had booked a flight ticket with rehlat BID ******* SA between PAT to DEL and DEL to DMM. Later on this ticket has been canceled due to cancellation of a connecting flight. The ticket was canceled by Rehlat but they have not refunded the ticket amount until now. The ticket has been cancelled on 25th April 2022. It's been more than 8 months but the refund of SAR 1,196.64 has not yet been processed by rehlat. I had called and emailed a number of times but there was no response from them. I made a terrible mistake of using rehlat for booking my air tickets thru Rehlat. I was supposed to fly from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai thru' Jet Airways. As the airline has suspended operations indefinitely, I had to book my tickets on another airline which was way more expensive. Inspite of repeated followups, I have not yet received any refund from Rehlat. There is no definitive response and their response is vague.

I reserved a hotle from rehlat and after deduct the money they sent me mail the reservation fail.
I request to refund, they send mail to me they will issue the refund in 1 - 2 days, till now after 25 days they didnt issue the refund and i call the customer service by phone, chat, email. They reply the same reply: we send the request to concerned team and waiting they reply.
After 25 days, they didnt refund my money.
