I booked a flight on their website. It was nearly 12 hours before they contacted me saying the flight was full, there are no seats, we will refund your money within 1 week. It took them a few seconds to take my money but it they need one week to give it back. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THEM.

I wrote a review on Google Play store, received a response asking for booking ID, on providing the booking on one reverted back.
Since the last 2 months i am waiting for my refund from REHLAT team and when ever i drop an email i get response saying that they have forwarded my query to Finance team. They have always stereotype messages and they do copy paste and send.
Airline (Kuwait airways) has refunded my money to REHLAT on 25th Aug but still i am waiting but no results?
I must share my feedback that it's always good to book ticket with airline directly instead of travel portals.
Formally i am going to lodge my written complaint to DGCA and ministry as well. One of worst travel portal i came across till date.
Please try to avoid using REHLAT.
Don't even think visiting their website. It's a trap and you'll only get high blood pressure. They're a group of unscrupulous bunch of pyramid sellers, simply the height of vileness.
I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to the management and customer service team of Rehlat Travels especially to Ahmed, the agent who answered my call on December 24,2018 and to Lakshman & Mallikarjun who replied in our mail. My fiancé's mother passed away last December 24,2018. Due to the unfortunate event we made a mistake in booking our flight. We have to cancel the transaction and ask for full refund. It was processed the same day and full refund was granted to us the earliest possible. I seek help to resolved my issue because of the virus my flight has been cancelled. I called the customer service, received an email from Rehlat but was telling me to ads an amount where in fact this virus is not my fault. I wish if I could turn back the time I should have booked directly to the airline. DO NOT BOOKED IN REHLAT! Cases like this, they will not help you or resolved the issue!

I asked them to cancel my flight two hours after I first booked and they didn't. Two days later, a few hours right before the flight the booking still wasn't cancelled. When I called again to ask for a refund I was told the company's request for a refund was rejected due to airline refund policy. That's bullsh!t. YOU SHOULD'VE CANCELLED THE MOMENT I ASKED. This is their fault. Don't ever book with them. This sh!t is a scam and it's a slap in the face to see Google still display their website as an option to book. F.uck them. They're not even worthy of a star.
I have ticket from Pune to Abu dhabi by Jet airways when i reach there they have told me sorry sir your flight is cancel, we will provide you another flight from mumbai to Abu dhabi.
Then i fighted with them why nobody inform me no mail no call no msg, then they said your booking agent should inform you that all flight got cancel from Pune to Abu dhabi.
We cant provide you any flight from pune, will provide you but after two days and that will b from Mumbai.

I booked a refundable ticket a few days ago with thim. After few days the price dropped down so I contact them to rebook the flight and give me the price difference! There answers was we can't do it! I called flydubai directly and they told me if I booked the flight directly from there website they will be able to give me the price difference as a voucher but in my case I must call my travel agency. I called them again and they told me we can't do anything for you! What a mess. If the airline itself can do it then you MUST be able to do it. Don't waste your time and money with this company. They will never give you your money back even if the airline company it self agreed to give you the money! Now I can understand why all these bad reviews is here...

Nice discounts on Hotels flights. Have booked flight with Rehlat for the first time got good discounts and also Holiday Inn hotel dubai at decent discount.
Cheap flights, unlimited deals, helpful staff and any rare problem might happen can be solved without any issues. I have been using Rehlat website for the last 2 years and it is awesome

Booked a hotel w the company
Arrived at hotel, and the hotel told me the reservation was cancelled.
I check my email and I had a cancellation email from rehlat sent one hour earlier. The hotel showed me the Rehlat sent then the cancellation notice the day before, but I wasn't informed until an hour before check in.
I emailed for my refund. It's been 18 days, I still havnt received it.
I suspect they wait for the charge to post on their account, then cancel resetvation for no reason considering how long it's taking to get any refund, I suspect they hope that people won't follow up and claim their money.
I booked flight for my sister from dubai to chennai they showed cheaper price, after payment ticket not confirmed and called they asked to pay double the amount which is highter than in actual airline charge, so i cancelled and asked to refund in the same card. No more than month, still saying it is in process. I'M WORRIED ABOUT MY CASE. I want immediate refund untill then i will raise case in each and every social platform if i'm not getting it.
