I bought a suit from them and the buyer told me he told me he doesn't have the same and he will send me another one. I opened a dispute before he shipped the item but he refused it and sent the item! I contacted Dhgate team on live chat with Tomas and he was very very rude and not helpful and he was talking about another cases that's not for me! This is part of his chat

At the end of the chat I asked him about his name and he ended the chat!
At least if you will not help the situation be kind!.
At the end I reliesd that the buyer can request a refund before the seller ship the item because the seller said he will send different item. Then the seller can refused the refund and send the item! And Dhgate cant do nothing to him.
