I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to the management and customer service team of Rehlat Travels especially to Ahmed, the agent who answered my call on December 24,2018 and to Lakshman & Mallikarjun who replied in our mail. My fiancé's mother passed away last December 24,2018. Due to the unfortunate event we made a mistake in booking our flight. We have to cancel the transaction and ask for full refund. It was processed the same day and full refund was granted to us the earliest possible. We wish Rehlat all the success and in our simple way may we contribute as you soar as you helped us when we needed it the most. Again, thank you so much.
