I have booked a hotel. And I have my confirmation. However, I arrived to the hotel and I had to wait 6 hours because Rehlat has not confirmed with them. They were fully booked and they have not refunded my money yet it's been more than 10 days now. They weren't helpful at all. And now I'm thinking about a law suit against them since they gave me confirmation twice for the hotel that was fully booked. They lack professionalism. They won't even give me nice offers or refund my money since they made a huge error by giving me an invalid confirmation.
