I booked and paid for 2 hotel rooms through Rehlat in January 2025 for a stay in June. They confirmed my booking, but then canceled it in March without telling me. I only learned about the cancellation six days before check-in, when Rehlat emailed me asking for more money due to a "rate discrepancy."
When I contacted the hotel directly, I found out my booking had been canceled months earlier. I had to rebook and pay again. Rehlat offered a partial refund (USD 135.78), but after multiple follow-ups, I still haven't received it. Their customer support has stopped replying.
This experience was frustrating and stressful. I've reported it to the UAE tourism authority and initiated a chargeback with my credit card provider. I do not recommend using Rehlat.

This company is a scam. Please believe me when I say they will not issue a refund. In November 2024, I was informed by Rehlat that there were no rooms available at the hotel I booked, and my order was canceled. Initially, it showed that there were rooms available. After I booked and paid, I received an email just 10 minutes later stating that there were no vacancies and my order was canceled.

That was the beginning of my nightmare. After three months and nearly 50 emails, I still have not received my refund. No one answers the customer service phone number provided. A total of £229 was supposed to be refunded, but every email I receive just says that the refund is being processed.

Please be cautious and do not book anything with Rehlat; they are a scam company.

I got scammed. They charged me for an hotel that doesn't exist. After payment, they sent me an email saying they needed to charge extra (for whatever reason) and I had to send them my credit card info by email. I refused and asked for a refund. They offered to lower the extra cost. I refused and asked for a refund. They said they were giving me a full refund. The refund never came, so I file a dispute with my bank. My bank managed to get my money back. Don't trust Rehlat, they will scam you.

Hello! Five days ago, REHLAT again responded to my review on this site in the same way they have been responding for two months. I canceled Booking ID: RCO******* and they are not refunding my money, despite the option for free cancellation. Once again, they apologize for the inconvenience caused and are investigating the issue with high priority. Gentlemen, your apologies do not solve my problem. What is there to investigate so much - I have been indicating a reservation number to you for two months, everything has been paid one hundred percent. A cancellation was made within the specified period. Just refund my money.

I booked a hotel from their website. They never send confirmation to the hotel. Then cancelled my booking, and now not refunding my money back. Scam, illegit company

I have canceled my the ticket June 2024 and its been 4 months no refund. I have contacted then with many calls and send them many mails they always respond with the same recorded message "We are working on it sir".
Never trust this company.

Booked over a year ago….flights were never confirmed, tickets never received….$1,300.00 AUD….GONE! TAKEN! Over a year of communication to get my refund, but NOTHING…Struggling single mother, robbed of hard earned money. There needs to be a class action law suit filed against Rehlat. These people need to be in prison.

After booking and payment they cancel your booking and ask to pay more or they will cancel your booking

I have called EVERY month since October. They always promise a refund in 3-5 days

My sister did a booking on 31 August then the ticket opened for 1 year as per call with the Airline suddendly today iam calling airline to check the reservation was cancelled by rehlat and they did refund for themselves as revenue at February without even informing us through email.

I tried to reach them with no success and will do my best to make an example for what they did.

Despite my numerous attempts to seek resolution and the company's promise of a refund within 20 working days, it has now been over 11 months since the initial payment was made, and I have yet to receive any refund or satisfactory response from the company.

I made a payment for a flight ticket to Rehlat back in May 2023 and immediately requested a refund upon discovering the deduction from my account despite an email confirming the flights were not available. I was assured by your customer service representatives that the refund would be processed within 20 working days. However, it is now the beginning of April, and I have still not received any communication or refund from the company.

I have called the service line multiple times, enduring long wait times and receiving the same empty promises that the refund is being processed. This lack of transparency and failure to provide a resolution is beyond frustrating and unacceptable.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Scam! Input my CC to get a flight... they immediately used my CC to buy everything they could on line. Charges ranged from $1.00 venmo test to over $250 in charges. DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT GIVE any INFO!

They took my money, never booked the reservation and refuse to refund me. A a straight up scam. Needs to be shut down immediately

Since December 2022 until now, their reservation number is RRN Number - **************. Until now they did not refund my money. They sent many apologize mails but no money.

Scam and not trustworthy, more than two months with many call to customer service and till now didn't refund the ticket however the flight company refund the total amount to them since two months

Rehlat cancelled out booking for Oct 2023 and still has not refunded the money, 4 months later. We've contacted several representatives and still have not received our money. Will not ever book with them again.

I booked the cheap flight from OAK to EWR (both way) with spirit airlines. You cannot have either a personal luggage. This information is not there so the comparison I made with all other tickets was not that true. So far my fault. I am not satisfied by the fact that they did the online check-in for the first trip without any bag, and for the second trip they did nothing and O could not find where I could do it. I had to add baggage at the airport that costs more.

I booked a ticket from Dammam to Dubai on 18th Nov and made the payment as per the price shown. After getting payment, I received an email that the price of the ticket had increased and more payment is required. I saw this email after a day and the ticket was not confirmed. From 18th Nov to date they have not refunded my payment. On every follow-up call, CS keeps saying we are raising a special request and you will get the payment within 48Hrs but nothing happens.
