Love Promgirl! We have ordered several dresses over the years from them. From pageants to homecoming they have what you are looking for. Formal wear always runs a bit smaller then your normal street size so you need to keep that in mind when ordering. Shipping is fast, and easy returns if needed. Typically you will need a little altering for a custom fit but that is to be expected. They carry all the name brands as well as very affordable but quality choices.
It has lose strings all over my dress I did the size chart and it said a large but it is four sizes too big. The strings on my dress are huge and there at least 20 lose ones
This dress fit perfectly throughout the hips. I did need to have the straps altered which was an easy fix, but other than that the dress was stunning. I have used PromGirl for 6 years of pageants and have yet to be disappointed!
I placed my order for my dress on March 15th, I paid thirty dollars for faster shipping and I have still yet to receive my dress in the mail. I am not happy.

Not only is the dress gorgeous! I ordered 2 and requested a return on a gown within 7 days and they immediatley emailed my return lable. It is high quality and convenient. I would use PromGirl again and reccomend you do too.
Their web site is user friendly they have dress for every occasion. Plenty of sizes to choose from. After looking on tons of sites this one hands down had what I was looking for and styles that I love
The dress is pretty good quality but the sizing is small. I ordered a 3x and it fits like a 1x. 3x was the biggest size I could buy so a little disappointed.
Very happy with this beautiful dress. We will need a little tailoring to make it fit tighter on top but it is worth every penny! She looked at far more expensive dresses that were not this gorgeous!
Not a fraud site! Theyre legit! Shipping is awesome and true. My dress fit great, though I didnt measure myself perfectly so my dress was bigger than I had expected it to be on me, but no problem what so ever. Communication is great as well. I also have a friend who has ordered from them three years in a row, so that should say something! Super cute and affordable for anyone of the price spectrum.
My step-daughter ordered from the plus-size section. She is a size 16. The dress came 5 inches too small. When we called to get a replacement, they insinuated that she was "too large" for their dresses. WHAT?!?! You DO NOT speak to teenage girls that way. Shame on you.

For my Sorority formal, I ordered 2 dresses with intentions of keeping both and using one for formal and for another function later down the road if both dresses fit. However, I am a 98 lb girl that could not zip one of them because the off the shoulder band was too tight, yet the entire bodice was twice my size. Additionally, the dress looked nothing like the one that I ordered. Their return policy is complete crap. A 10% restock fee for a dress that isn't even customized is ridiculous. Additionally, I returned the dress on Feb 26 and it is now March 13 and they have yet to refund me. Every time I call, whomever I speak to says the exact same thing as if read from a book. Their customer service is terrible and I can assure you that it is not worth the hassle to order from this company.
My daughter ordered several dresses online for prom with the intent of deciding and returning the ones she did not wear - reasonable plan. Promgirls return policy made a return IMPOSSIBLE. They wont accept returns unless you complete it within 7 business days and you have to have photos to prove you didn't wear the items. I went ahead and returned without a return request and they had the balls to ask me for a CC to send the items back to me. This site sucks, the dresses were not great and such awful customer service from an online dress company is inexcusable. Will never shop there again!

I highly recommend the Prom Girl company for any occasional attire. I ordered the dress on a Monday night, and the dress arrived on Wednesday of the same week.

Prom dress shopping can be stressful! PromGirl had a million choices and the very first dress we ordered was perfect. It was exactly as pictured and described with correct sizing. Timely shipping, quality product, happy girl. If I could change one thing it would be the return policy. Restock/store credit prevented us from ordering more than one dress, so very grateful the first one was perfect.
