It is a stunning navy blue dress with beautiful detailing! The only problems I had with it was I am too short for dresses so I had to get the dress hemmed and the chest/bodice is very wide so I had to get that taken in as well. Other than that, beautiful dress and Im wearing it to prom! Im 411 and I wore a size small and it fit me perfectly once I made the adjustments needed.
I was a bit worried ordering a dress online, but when it came in it was better than I could've expected. It fit perfectly and looks exactly like the picture. Would recommend!
Ordered dress 2 months before prom, somehow was charged $30 for rush shipping which I never requested. The only reason I ordered from here was for the free shipping. "Management" did NOTHING, couldn't even meet halfway to satisfy a repeat customer. Well now I am no longer a customer, since I received zero service. Reading the other reviews thank God I didn't need to return any dress, that sounds like a real nightmare!

The dress fits my 511 daughter perfectly in both the body and the length. It is very flattering and very pretty. I could not, however, get the zipper open to take the dress off of the hanger for her to try it on. After struggling to open the zipper while the dress was on the hanger, I have yet to get it completely zipped while she has it on as I am afraid the zipper will break before she even wears it for the first time.
This is my second time buying from promgirl and it came in perfectly. Im 51 and bought in small and the dress fits nicely. Only alternation I need to make is to trim it down.

As the mom who placed the order, I found that my daughter decided too late to return her dress. I checked all emails, the policy was not there. It was in small print inside the box. Beware you have 7 days. Not long enough for my teen to decide and take action. Now we are stuck with a dress she won't be wearing. Return policy is much better on other sites!

My dress came within just a few days and it fit as I expected it would (not very well). I have a bigger chest but am pretty short so it's hard for me to find dresses. Hopefully it will be great with a few alterations!
The clothing was very cheap material, it looked nothing like the picture, very disappointed. The zipper got stuck the first time I tried it on, and there was a rip by the zipper. I want my money back

The standard policy for returns of special occasion dresses is "no returns," but we accept returns for a refund less the 10% restocking fee or for a full store credit. The option for store credit would not have a restocking fee deducted and is valid for 5 years from when it is issued. I was very hesitant about ordering online because I am rather small and am always in between sizes; however, my dress came beautifully and I am very excited to wear it for my senior prom! :)

I bought my first prom dress through PromGirl, not buying from the site before. I bought the dress because it was super cute and very reasonably priced compare to boutiques near where I live and other online stores. When the dress arrived, it was absolutely perfect! The beading was superb and the dress fit me like it was made for me. In the past 7 days, I recently bought my dress for when I attend the Marine Corps Ball with my boyfriend in a few months. Still unsure about how the dress will fit me, I was very excited to receive it. Shipping was FAST! The dress was even shipped out the day I ordered it. It arrived in immaculate condition and I really look forward to wearing it.
