The dress was shipped very quickly, the fabric is quality, sizing is exact and the construction is perfect! My daughter loves it! My mom is a seamstress and had to cut and hem a few inches off the bottom and she said it was made very well. Absolutely recommend Prom Girl!
Only 7 days to return the dress. No partial refunds or store credit. Absolutely refuse to help the customer in any way. Simply state that customer agreed to the terms so they are unwilling to help. Sad way to do business!

We had ordered a bridesmaid dress and the bride wasnt pleased with the color. It was easily returned and we ordered a different color. Both colors were exactly as pictured and the second dress arrived promptly. It also fit exactly as described. Thank you very much!
The dress we purchased is absolutely beautiful. The color was what we expected. The quality was great. The sizing chart did NOT match the measurements. My daughter is a size 2 and only 5'1" (so length was not expected to fit), but her measurements said she was a large, which we went with gut and did not select. We ordered a medium, which is still too big. I do feel free exchange is appropriate. Otherwise, it shipped so quickly and is beautiful.

This dress fit me very well, despite being a tad long. But, the straps are adjustable, and it is very comfortable and flattering, especially for the price!

The dress turned out so cute and just as promised! Im 53 and worried I would have to alter the length but with not too tall heels it all looks perfect! Not having to spend a fortune on a prom dress and it turning out cute and as promised is the perfect combination.

The 7 day return policy is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be shopping here ever again. Either make the window bigger or advertise better that you only have one week to return.

I was a bit uneasy about ordering a dress online but PromGirl made it so simple. They tell you exactly what to measure according to the designers sizing chart and the dresses are the real deal. I was thrilled to find out that they accept returns for either a refund or store credit. I ended up finding a different dress after I had already ordered one from PromGirl. It was very simple to obtain a return number and send back the first dress. Im so happy with the service that I will be ordering the second dress from PromGirl with my store credit instead of going through my local prom store to try to arrange the right size to be sent to the store. PromGirl is a great site!
The website was easy to navigate and the gown arrived in a timely manner. It is stunning! It is difficult to find Sherri Hill where we live, so we were thrilled to be able to get this dress.
Just an FYI-for those that are complaining about the return policy, the 10% restocking fee is standard when buying evening gowns on line. Yes, gowns are hard to find the right size and run very true to measurements. It is best to contact the company if you are debating between sizes or fit.
