I was very skeptical of buying a prom dress online. But I have used promgirl 3 times with all positive orders. The fabric used on each of the dresses were great quality. I am a seamstress and the sewing is excellent. Nothing cheap on any of the dresses we ordered. The prices are great. I always ordered early to make sure we got the best for my daughter.
We ordered my daughters dress one week before the dance. It was here in plenty of time, great quality and great customer service.

I like how the models in the pictures have the heights given so I can tell how short or long the dress will be on me. I also like that I dont have to pay for ground shipping and I still get my order in a reasonable time
Prom Girl has so many amazing dresses! I gave 4 stars because the dress I originally wanted wouldn't come in until a month later because it was not in stock. But I chose a different dress and I love it even more! I'm so happy with everything and I love how they have a customer service chat box right there at the corner of the webpage. The dress was exactly like the picture! It feels like good quality and looks really pretty! The shipping came from America to South Korea in 6 days too. The size fit according to the size chart, however, the length was pretty long.

My dress came pretty quickly and was true to size and color, the only issue was the little metal loop for the hook at the top of the zipper was coming off, so I had to re sew it. But I am very happy with the dress!
I bought two dresses for the military ball. Didn't know how each one would fit or if I would even receive them on time because I needed them shipped to an APO address. Both dresses came 8 days after I ordered them. The online representative was very helpful in explaining the return and exchange policy. One of the dresses didn't fit me how I would have liked. No fault of the company it's just my body type wouldn't have looked well in the dress. The second dress is BEAUTIFUL and everything I was looking for. I'll just have to adjust the straps a bit but it's an easy fix. Over all I'd definitely suggest promgirl to anyone looking to find that perfect dress. Great service all around!
So my friends have ordered homecoming dresses off of Promgirl and they all had good experiences (the dresses came in a reasonable time, they looked exactly like they did online, etc). I did however read some horrible reviews regarding bad customer service and slow shipping. Anyways, I decided to listen to my friends and order from this site. I ordered my dress in January (my prom is in may) to alleviate the stress of it not coming on time or not fitting me. The dress came in about 4 days (I didn't even pay for fast shipping) and it looked exactly as it did online. I'm 5'10,34b, and 135 lbs- I ordered a size 4 and it was perfect. I love the dress and have only positive reviews for this site.
I'd also like to add that their customer service was great. The day before, I had accidentally ordered a couple dresses that I didn't mean to order. I emailed customer service saying that I had to cancel the order, and they replied within 45 minutes (even though it was a Sunday) and canceled it right away. In all, I'm so glad that I already have my prom dress and I'll definitely be using this site again.

One thing that I was a little disappointed was a couple of the beading came off as my daughter was trying it on but they are easily fixed just wish it didnt happen. Love the dress and it fits like a glove and very ture to size.
Bought a dress with 2 day shipping to ensure it arrived on time for a special prom cheer event out of state. Dress did not come and Promgirl would not track and did not care. I still have NOT received the dress from them and made a trip to Kentucky and back since then. My daughter could not attend the event as we did not have time to shop for a new dress. Contacted Promgirl again and said they cannot even refund the 2 day shipping price of $22 even though we still have NOT rcvd the dress. They do not care, customer service is awful. Beware before you buy!

UPS has stated that an emergency situation or severe weather condition has delayed delivery.
