My daughter ordered her dress we got it and it was to small, it had the worst smell to it. We sent it back for a larger size and when we received that dress has the same horrible smell that you cannot get out. The lady who was going to alter it couldn't even handle the smell!

I had ordered a dress on a Friday night, I payed for three day shipping so it would be at my house by Wednesday. The package never arrived so I called them and asked where it was, they said it was damaged by UPS. We had to re-order WITHOUT a refund, but they promised id get it once the investigation was complete. With my re order, we got the first day shipping so it would be here Tuesday. It never came. I called again and they said that it would be here Friday. (ONE DAY BEFORE MY PROM) I have to go shopping for ANOTHER dress today because I cant trust the shipping of this company. I probably wont ever order from Promgirl ever again.
I was a little nervous ordering online. We were running out of time and couldnt find anything local that my daughter liked. We took the chance and we were not disappointed! The dress arrived beautiful, EXACTLY as pictured and expected (hoped for) and fit my daughter perfect with no alterations needed! Her friends have also ordered and had similar experiences.

This dress is exactly as pictured (the red is maybe darker red than the red in the picture but still very pretty). It came much faster than expected and was nicely packaged. It seems of nice quality. It is a little big on me but it can be altered.
Nice dress. A little fraying in some places, but the fabric and cut make up for it! Also the slits of the opaque fabric are quite high. Metallic blue is beautiful though.
I will post this on every website. Horrible return policy. Out of the country when dresses arrived and now we can return the ones that didn't fit. And no help what so ever

I ordered a simple yet elegant dress that I thought would look absolutely amazing on methought wrong. I tried it in the day I got it and it looked like I put on a curtain and called it a day. The zipper barely wanted to close and when it did my breasts felt like they were going to break the entire thing. I sent it for a refund and have yet to hear back.

The dress is really pretty. Came fairly fast. The beading is different than i thought it would be. Its not black like how it looks in the pictures, its dark colored but from far away looks black.
The dress was exactly as shown and fits perfect on me without alterations. I ordered a small and am a 510 140 lb 32dd and it is perfect. Only complaint is that there is no padding in the front so lets hope prom isnt cold :) thanks for the amazing dress!
Dress fits well a little too long and a little too tight in waist area. The normal shipping was fast only took one week.
The dress was true color to what it looked like online. The dress is exactly what I ordered. As well as the dress is amazing quality for the price. This dress got out in one week, Hands down good impression with my shopping experience.
The sizing was super off, i went to other stores and i know im a size 6. When i got the dress, it was super small on the top. I have to send it back and get a bigger size.

Great dress. I Love it! I did order a couple of sizes up. It runs a little small. Shipping was very fast and I had plenty of time to go make alterations to the length. Overall, I really love it and can't wait to wear it to prom!
We are thrilled that the dress we ordered for our daughters bat mitzvah is perfect for Saturday services. Quality material, same color as displayed online, and it arrived in a timely fashion. We do have to get the dress altered. Its a gorgeous dress that we are very happy with!
