I had a problem ordering an item and contacted customer services. Norah was very quick to reply to my e. Mail and gave me instructions to reorder but to send the order to her instead of continuing from the basket.
She took over from there and within a week I have received my order and it is perfect.
I shall continue to use Printerpix and hopefully Norah will be around if I need help again.
I have used PrinterPix on several occasions in the past, and have found them very supportive and helpful in their dealings with their customers.
The products that I have purchased from them have, in the main, surpassed expectations, and I've found the PrinterPix website is intuitive and easy to use when designing Photobooks.
A special mention for Norah Jones in Customer Services Dept - she had been very helpful (despite me calling her Nora) and went the extra mile.
All in all a great company.
Norah from customer service has helped me a lot even when I made an error on my book. Norah has always replied to my emails quickly and allowed me to get another photo book at a cheaper price. This is the best and easiest customer service I've ever had. I highly recommend you purchase from printerpix and email Norah if you need to get it touch.
I ordered a photoalbum and received a product that was not meeting my expectations. However, the customer service, especially Norah, looked into this and really cared about my satistaction. She did a great job, reprinting my photoalbum to a very good standard and posting it to me at zero cost
My fridge magnets came 3 weeks late and when they arrived they had the wrong pictures on them. Did get a refund but honestly not worth the hassle. Use another business.
Do not recommend, cheap and basic product. Very disappointed. Will not use this company again. Will not be giving as Christmas gift as not what expected.
I spent around £50 on a large Sherpa blanket to use as a memory blanket with photos printed on. I waited for ages to receive it, but didn't mind the wait. When it finally arrived, I was so disappointed. Where there should be black in the picture, bits of it are a sort of fluorescent blue and it looks like the ink has run out. As soon as my partner saw the blanket he mentioned it. I am really upset. £50 down the drain as I cannot seem to contact them. I would also say I was expecting the Sherpa blanket to be better quality also. It is extremely think and not fluffy on one side as expected. Avoid this company.
Angelina was very helpful in sorting out my delivery costs. Whilst the website could have been clearer and communicated better, my experience was saved by the positive service I received from Angelina.
We had a problem with a photobook arriving damaged by the couriers. We reported this and Kayla from Customer Services kindly arranged for us to have a replacement. Unfortunately the couriers did some slight damage to the replacement book. I contacted Kayla again saying that the damage was so slight that we would accept the book but they needed to have words with the couriers who were clearly careless. Kayla was wonderful and arranged for us to have a free smaller book as a goodwill gift. I cannot rate her high enough as far as customer service is concerned. The quality of the books is also fantastic. Such wonderful memories for us to keep.

Erst hat bestellaufgabe nicht funktioniert, dann war Lieferzeit wesentlich länger wie angegeben, rpckmeldeunf auf nachfragen kamen Tage später ohne wirklich Informationen zu enthalten und zu helfen und dann kam das Produkt mit einem schlechten nicht vollständigen Druck an.
Habe nun Ersatz versprochen bekommen, hoffentlich klappt dies.
