BUYERS BEWARE. While I can understand some delay in shipping items given current circumstances, I was quoted an estimate of 7-12 days from a representative of the company when placing my order. That timeframe came and went. Phone lines have been disabled and any email correspondence takes multiple attempts and days to get a reply. When I finally got a reply, I was told my items would ship within the week (they didn't). I recently got an update that my items are now backordered and won't be shipped for another 4-6 weeks. Complaints left in the comment section on their Facebook page were deleted TWICE. I will not be buying from this company again and have requested a cancellation of my order.
It is impossible to get a real person to talk to. I ordered two chairs, only received one, then told they lost it and would have to re-order it, and that would take another 7-9 weeks. I also tried to amend another order with 4 chairs and a table. They said that they could not amend the order, but assured me I would get it. Whoever is managing this place is very incompetent.
I bought a loggerhead furniture from Premium Poly Patios and it was a great experience, I worked with a salesman was very polite and very knowledgeable in his field, helped me to pick the best set for the money i wanted to spend. Delivery was excellent i will definitely buy again from this place. Highly recommend.
Ordered furniture in March, 2021. Qt the time of order, I was told the items were on ‘quick ship'. After patiently waiting four weeks for shipping estimates, I was informed it would be at least another 5 weeks before shipping. I've been trying to cancel my order- no one responds to my calls, emails or texts. SHOP ELSWHERE.
I have been attempting to contact someone from this company by phone and emails since the 11th of August 2020 and no one is getting back to me. I have an issue of the screws rusting on furniture that I bought in March of this year. The customer service really is below par.
I have tried several emails since there is no one to answer phones. I didn't get a confirmation of my order but my Visa was charged. I just want to know if I have an order. I cant get anyone to respond.
Have not received my 3K order that I placed on June 15th. Sent multiple emails to customer service to find out where my furniture is. Have received one email stating it was shipping out last week. Sent another email asking about status of order. No answer. Not answering phone calls. I am very close to calling my credit card company and cancelling the order. There was no anticipated ship or lead times made known to me at time of order. I am very upset at the basic lack of customer service

I order a set of rockets around Memorial Day. After a few weeks I emailed on the status and they said things were delayed due to COVID issues - no problem but I did ask if I could just cancel the order - we have a local guy who stocks some models. After 3 weeks they replied with a discount to stay on board which was nice but they didn't realize they had already shipped the chairs! One arrived missing a piece so it can't be assembled. I emailed them the issue and have sent pix and what I thought the options were -- there's been no reply for 3 weeks! The product looks ok but I'd warn anyone dealing with them that they seem disorganized. I understand the strains company's have with COVID but non replies to simple issues is just poor business
I bought luxcraft poly furniture From there. All in all, again a very pleasant buying experience from this store and we are very happy with the quality of furniture. I would highly recommend Premium Poly Patios to anyone looking to purchase furniture of any kind.
I placed an order for patio furniture last June 19,2020 and the company immediately ran my card for $1,795. Nearly 3 months later, September 2nd, I still did not receive the furniture. After weeks trying to reach someone in customer service (phone is disabled and rare responses from the zicominc.com strange email they use), I finally took the advice of the reviewers at reviews.birdeye.com, I filed a complaint online in just a couple of minutes with the state's Attorney General's office. Google to find the office for your state. Within hours after filing the complaint and forwarding it to Poly Patios emails (daniel at Poly-Lumber-Furniture.com and helpdesk at zicominc.com), I received a full refund.
I ordered 2 polywood loungers as quick ship in March (1-5 day ship time). A week after my order I was asked to change my order to a 6 to 8 weeks ship time. I was in no rush and stated that I was fine with the change. I should have cancelled my order. I am now on week 7 and have been asking for an update and no one is responding to my calls or emails. I have left voicemail messages and have sent 4 emails. Do not use this company!
I ordered these chairs 6/24/20 they charged my card immediately in full. These were supposed to be "quick ship" items then I get an email stating due to COVID production is running on extended times. Ok but why am I being charged? I sent an email asking them this. No response. They phone lines are turned off and CHAT will not work with existing orders I have sent a total of 5 emails with no response my last saying cancel this order and refund me. No response at all I still have a charge of just ended 800.00 on my credit card and no chairs 2 months later. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Placed an order in August 2020. The conversation set piece that we purchased we received really fast. We love the set and it looks great in our backyard. The problem is the dining set we purchased which says shipped is actually not shipped at all. I called last week and out of frustration hit 0 on the phone, well I actually got someone. I was informed that my order would not ship until Dec 3rd. Ok, that is fine, I get it that things have been difficult with COVID. The problem I have is that my CC has been charged for the full order even though I haven't received the most expensive set I ordered. I have tried calling, emailing, etc. as I filled out the CC authorization form for them to credit my CC and recharge me once the product ships. I have heard nothing. Please beware when ordering!
I had a great experience at Premium Poly Patios! I recently bought luxcraft outdoor furniture and trex outdoor furniture from them. As a customer, I am fully satisfied on every phase of their service, from the sales, to the checking out, to the delivery etc.

I realize we are in the middle of a pandemic and everything is harder but their communication and customer service is the worst. I ordered $3000 worth of furniture in early June. I understood that it would take longer than usual and they said it would ship "within 30 - 40 working days". This was 6 - 8 weeks which I was fine with. Eight weeks passed and I heard nothing. They do charge you credit card immediately so you have already paid. I contacted their customer service via email rather than phone, as they requested, and you get an immediate automated response that it may take up to three days to get a response. I even understood that. A week later I still had not heard from them and emailed again. This time they answered and apologized but said they checked on production and it should ship within two weeks. That would have put me at around 10 weeks. To make a very long story short, the furniture finally arrived at the 16 week mark. Of course, one item was missing. I just emailed them and the saga continues. Hopefully this will go better. Again, I understand the challenges that businesses are under at this time. However, they still need to communicate with customers. If they are having issues with manufacturers they should let us know. For my items, their website is still saying 8 weeks for delivery. Don't believe it!

I ordered a eight piece lounge set in May 2020. I did not receive the lounge chairs and tables until late July. I had contacted them many times with no response. I understand the corona was closing everything. So the late delivery was understandable. But they still should have keep communication open. I did not get the lounge cushions with the set. They said it was running late. OK! No communication I tried at least 10-15 times. Well it is now November I got the cushions. Great. I was going to just put the box away but decided to take a look. WELL. They are grey! I order NAVY
All the accessories I bought were to go with a navy set! I try every day to text their help line. God forbid the man the phones. The set is definitely beautiful. But this company deserves a ZERO rating. You can get these sets in your own towns. Just take the time to look around. Photo1.
