We placed an order for a bar set and chairs in Late April. With a shipment date of May. When that scheduled delivery date arrived, we received notification that it would be delayed until Mid June. We were slightly annoyed as we live in the Northeast and the summers are short but we realized there was nothing we could do at this point. June came and went and we did not receive our set until late July. When it finally arrived, my husband noticed upon assembling the chairs that 2 or the 4 were table chairs, not bar height. We contacted Premium Patios and they sent us at a new set (another 2 weeks), and we were told we had to disassemble the incorrect ones and ship back.
We finally have a full set for the last week or summer. Totally unacceptable.
Unless you want constant aggravation and awful customer service, stay away from this place!
Final Notes: After I posted this I was contacted by the company and they did offer financial compensation. However, when it came time to credit out card, they failed to do so and also ignored all attempts to contact them.
Please do not use this company!
My wife and I ordered a chair as a gift 4 months ago. We heard it would be shipped in two weeks. Then two more weeks. Then two more weeks. Then "not sure when". It's now been over 4 months and now they say they don't have a clue when it will be shipped. What a joke. I'm trying to convince my wife to cancel the order, but she had the patience of Job. STAY AWAY until these guys get their act together, which might be never.
It really doesn't even deserve a star... Don't waste your time ordering from this company! They have the most awful customer service I have ever experienced! Kept being told I would be called back with order details after going round & round for 3 weeks & was never called back even from Kayla who is supposedly a manager there! Save yourself some stress & find a better company to order from!
Please think twice before ordering from this company. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to find out about my order that was placed on June 2nd. I still have not received my order it is now Sept. 12 & I can't get in touch with anyone to find out... they charged my account $642 back in June, immediately took payment for it but never sent my merchandise. I have emailed them more times than I can count & no one responds... Can't call customer service because they are not taking calls (I get a recording saying customer service is not taking calls at this time). So I got ripped off for $600... Save yourself the aggravation & find another company to deal with... I strongly recommend not dealing with them at all...
Never ever buy products from this company again. It took three weeks to receive the Trex picnic table set, but only to find in the wrong color. If they say theyll call you back, its not gonna happen. The customer service only tries to do one thing: making the customers upset. Do NOT recommend to anyone.
Do not ever order from this company. Placed order April 2 and they took money out next day and dropped off face of earth. No phone, email, chat, NOTHING! I'm reporting this company every place I can find both in and off internet, and plan to escalate it to highest level. I ordered product almost 3 weeks ago (1/4/20) and no updates received from the company. I've called and left voice messages for the Order Team, sent chat messages for Customer Specialists (no one logs into the chat sessions), and I've called at different times throughout the day and week - routed to voice mail...
When I checked my order status online, it indicated it's in production... how long does production actually take? It would be nice to hear something vs. nothing! They have the money but it's up to me to chase them down and it's frustrating, to say the least... I hate being a PIA, unfortunately, that's the only recourse left to me. Yeah like that's Customer Service... When something is BROKE it NEEDS TO BE FIXED...
Was told I would receive my rocker in about 6 weeks, which would be this week & as of today have not received a notice. I was hoping I would have it before summer ended but doesn't look like that is going to happen? I did speak to Daniel on June 23rd & under the circumstances everything has been delayed, but I was hoping I would hear something soon? Barbara M
I placed an order on June 1, and was given a three week delivery date, my credit card was immediately charged. It's August and I still haven't received the order. You can chat if you want to place an order. But if you want to make an inquiry about an existing order, well you're out of luck. You cannot talk to a person and email goes unanswered. They have a Covid excuse on their website and they updated their shipping time for the item I ordered to 6 - 8 business days. This is B. S. unless they work 1 day a month! I just want my Visa account credited.
I placed an order going on three months ago. I cannot get customer service on chat, on phone (they seem to have disconnected their phones) not on email. My order status has been ‘in production' for three months. But they charged my card immediately, not waiting to charge until my two bar stools actually ship. No updates, no live people to talk to, I'm beginning to think I've been scammed and this is not a real company.
I've never seen a company that worked so hard not to make a sale. They won't return phone calls or emails, and the one chat I experienced was with someone who wasn't even in sales. I was ready to order, and no one would answer or return my calls. I spent more than $4,000 with someone else. If their service is so poor before the sale, I can't imagine how bad it gets after the sale.
Nobody at this company answers the phone or responds to emails. I placed an order in March of 2021. I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT. I have been charged on my credit card yet still no product. I can't get a hold of anyone at this company. STOP USING THE COVID AS AN EXCUSE. Get the shot and get to work. I am reporting this charge to my credit card company as fraud and reporting you to the better business bureau if I do not get a solid date in 24 hours. This is ridiculous.
This business is a scam. No phone customer support, on auto generated email replies if your lucky enough for even that. I ordered a chair for $400 from them early June, tried calling them & emailing them every week from June - mid September. No response, and no chair. I lost out on $400.
In February 3,2021 I spent $5000 with Poly Lumber & Furniture. Received confirmation of the order with an Estimated Delivery March 31-April 12. Today is the 8th and I have tried to call, not taking calls, I have sent e-mails and no response‼ I am worried about this order and contacting credit card company today.
Great product but title says it all. Had to beg for updates. Got snippy replies to be patient during COVID. Never did receive what we ordered after 6 months and decided to settle rather than wait another 6 months. Buy polywood furniture somewhere else.
In mid-Jul 2020, we ordered a custom cushion for a Polywood chaise. We checked a few times over the following months after that, and it was explained that they were running behind and it would ship at some point. Since it's been 4 months, this week after again checking with them (since they last said it would ship in mid-Oct), they advised that "Your account is showing that you were never charged and that our cushion department was not able to fulfil your order, so they canceled it. Therefore, there is no order that will be shipped out. We are very sorry for this!" That was the explanation - we have no idea if the "cushion dept" went out of business, closed for the season, nothing.
I received a shipping notice that my ordered swings would be delivered. One arrived two weeks ago but still no sign of other ones. The company website shows them shipped. FedEx says they can't help, I need to call Premium Poly. They aren't answering the phones and my many e-mails aren't being answered either. The auto return e-mails says they will respond in 3-4 business days - not true. It has been 13 days and still no swings, e-mails or calls back. Where are my swings? I have pushed every button on their phone tree and get no person and no return phone calls. SOOOO frustrated. Once I ever get this resolved, I won't recommend them to anyone.
Nice people. Bought a polywood furniture from Premium Poly Patios, had to be ordered from the factory. The quality of the products is very high and The service has also been excellent. I would highly recommend Premium Poly Patios to my friends.
I ordered furniture from this company over 10 weeks ago. At the time the lead time was stated as 4-6 weeks due to COVID. I have been unable to get any straight answers or clear updates from customer service. So frustrated.
BUYERS BEWARE. While I can understand some delay in shipping items given current circumstances, I was quoted an estimate of 7-12 days from a representative of the company when placing my order. That timeframe came and went. Phone lines have been disabled and any email correspondence takes multiple attempts and days to get a reply. When I finally got a reply, I was told my items would ship within the week (they didn't). I recently got an update that my items are now backordered and won't be shipped for another 4-6 weeks. Complaints left in the comment section on their Facebook page were deleted TWICE. I will not be buying from this company again and have requested a cancellation of my order.
